Truth-First Foundational Disposition and Conditional Reconstruction Constitution Research-derived starting point The Basement Necessity Program rigorously investigated whether physical actuality could be derived from or uniquely grounded in a more primitive basement. Within the declared languages, model classes, candidate families, evidence sources, and audit scope, no candidate basement was established as necessary, sufficient, unique, or least, and no physical-instantiation bridge achieved derived-with-scope status. This is a substantive negative result. It is not a proof that no basement exists, that actuality is necessarily primitive, that ultimate provenance is permanently unknowable, that relational potentiality is false, or that every possible richer theory has been exhausted. Authoritative starting point Physical actuality is admitted, not derived, as the minimal factual starting condition of the active theory. This admission records that physical phenomena occur. It does not explain their ultimate provenance, select a preferred ontology, or convert an unresolved foundational question into a derived result. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. Governing question Given an explicitly declared and physically admitted starting package, what additional structures follow, under what assumptions, with what necessity, sufficiency, uniqueness or nonuniqueness, robustness, scope, and empirical consequences? Required model declaration Each model must declare and type the physical events or distinctions, complete carriers, retained and discarded outputs, environments, boundaries, admissible operations, physical-equivalence relations, calibrations, reference systems, resources, probability semantics, access conditions, and witness classes it uses. Each material input must be identified, where applicable, as empirically observed, operationally defined, theoretically inferred, constitutively postulated, model-primitive, calibrated, conventionally selected, representation-relative, previously derived, or unresolved. P.E.N. scope The Paired-Expansion Nondefinability Theorem establishes a scoped model-theoretic boundary. Whenever a declared formal reduct admits two admissible expansions that agree on that reduct but differ in their physical-instantiation assignments, the physical-instantiation predicate is not implicitly definable from that reduct over the declared model class. Where the applicable Beth-definability conditions hold, explicit definability from that reduct also fails. The theorem concerns definability within the specified language and model class. It does not prove universal or permanent inexplicability. Nonretroactivity and claim discipline Admission is not derivation. Formal construction is not physical instantiation. Mathematical uniqueness is not physical necessity. Model sufficiency is not unique necessity. Operational success is not ontology selection. Empirical adequacy is not proof of ultimate provenance. No downstream result concerning events, records, observers, recoverability, order, clocks, duration, locality, topology, geometry, objectivity, thermodynamic direction, spacetime, or gravity may be used retroactively to derive, justify, or uniquely select the actuality, ontology, or ultimate provenance of the admitted inputs. Truth-first outcome rule Countermodels, null results, failed derivations, nonuniqueness, empirical equivalence, underdetermination, restricted scope, revision, replacement, and refutation remain scientifically successful outcomes. Nature, not preservation of ETP, is the authority. The Theory of Emergent Timeless Potentiality: Synthesis Draft 07 A Unified Framework for Relational State Assignment, Recoverability, Local Duration, Causal Structure, Observer Algebras, Thermodynamic Direction, and Objective Records MUNIZ | THEORY OF EMERGENT TIMELESS POTENTIALITY | SYNTHESIS DRAFT 07 Scott Muniz Dr. Ware Technology Services Charleston, South Carolina, USA Integrating the current ETP pillars under a Basement Provenance Constitution: physical bridge, equivalence, witnesses, complete carriers, operation classes, provenance, scope, and falsification Abstract The Theory of Emergent Timeless Potentiality (ETP) asks a precise question: how can a world with physical order, measurable duration, local observers, causal organization, objective records, and thermodynamic direction arise when no preferred external time, observer partition, or spacetime background is fundamental? The answer developed here is layered. A constrained relational substrate first defines the gauge-reduced physical arena. Complete physical data then determine the maximal effective symmetry that remains physically active, while separately certified gauge structure is quotiented as redundancy. Interactions generate candidate record channels; operational restrictions identify stable-readable and exactly recoverable observer algebras; recoverability orders records; accessible Fisher geometry assigns local statistical duration; clock-adequacy theorems determine when that duration is a faithful temporal coordinate; comparison transducers determine whether local clocks can be translated into one another; and autonomous record formation with an inclusive energy and entropy ledger supplies the conditions for a local arrow. Draft 04 incorporates the complete bounded finite-dimensional Local Relational Time program through Version 55. It adds the physical-datum symmetry reconstruction hierarchy, gauge-versus-physical classification, effective-generator and compatibility-class recovery, observer-temporal descent invariance, boundary-charge and interface separation, interaction-derived complementary record channels, the maximal exactly recoverable algebra, parameter-independent classical and quantum comparison transducers, clock adequacy under nonunitary and non-Markovian dynamics, an ETP-compatible memory-carrier collision execution, and autonomous energy-conserving record formation. The central result is not that every structure is uniquely selected. It is that each selection problem is now stated with explicit hypotheses, no-go boundaries, null outcomes, and operational witnesses. Reduced-equivalent gauge lifts cannot be distinguished by observer-temporal constructions derived only from their common reduced datum; boundaries separate them only through independently justified gauge-invariant physical structure; record growth does not imply clock adequacy; and exact energy conservation does not by itself supply a readable record, an ideal clock, or pure work. ETP is therefore a disciplined, falsifiable emergence architecture whose strongest conclusions are theorem-level within declared finite-dimensional domains and whose open extensions are isolated rather than hidden. The synthesis incorporates four major closures from the Local Relational Time program. First, observer systems are reconstructed from gauge-invariant access seeds as generated operator algebras, rather than assumed as naive tensor factors. Second, the Dynamical-Time/Fisher-Clock Correspondence Theorem gives a necessary-and-sufficient condition for dynamical parameter T to agree affinely with operational duration: accessible Fisher information must be positive and constant almost everywhere after calibration. Third, rank-changing endpoints are admitted exactly when the square root of accessible Fisher information is one-sided integrable. Fourth, globally parallel time is separated from local duration: a connected comparison network admits a global clock calibration if and only if every loop has identity holonomy. Explicit compact and noncompact constraint benchmarks, Gaussian and unitary clocks, a dephasing counterexample, a three-observer holonomy model, and repeated-interaction record dynamics define what has been proved, what is model-dependent, and what remains open. ETP therefore becomes a falsifiable layered research program rather than a single undifferentiated claim that records simply become time. Draft 06 synchronizes the central doctrine with the M9 Stage 8S-8Z Local Relational Time successor and the current interpretive, objectivity, causal-locality, and Local Relational Geometry pillars. The bounded finite-dimensional symmetry program now includes the implemented-symmetry isotypic decomposition, the joint algebra J=C*(A_phys,U(G)), its commutant, canonical central Wedderburn sectors, and a strict separation among sector preservation, readability, recordability, recoverability, Fisher sensitivity, clock adequacy, and comparison transport. The observer-selection program now reconstructs interaction-relative output nets and instrument-relative effect systems, permits empty, scalar, orbit-valued, Pareto, and conditionally unique observer families, and establishes robustness, resource qualification, benchmark classification, and compositional closure within its declared finite-dimensional scope. Record theory is strengthened by the reconstruction of records as stable substitutable representations and by a datum-relative no-selection theorem for nontrivial residual record orbits. The strongest current recovery-semantic candidate is the ordered pair of recoverable distinction content and recovery geometry. Its representation, dependency, minimality, and conditional compression architecture are developed, but universal completeness and the nonexistence of a third recovery-behavior determinant remain open. Finite-dimensional process-tensor results add enlarged-carrier Markovity, memory-emptying and causal-break benchmarks, and bounded-memory compression without claiming minimal Markov order, minimal bond dimension, or continuum closure. A dual-output collision audit further proves that exact recoverability is output-channel relative. In the tested aligned-strong, aligned-weak, rotated-strong, and rotated-weak regimes, the maximal exactly recoverable source-algebra dimensions are (2,2,1,1) through the reduced final-system output and (2,1,2,1) through the complementary retained environment. System preservation therefore cannot be substituted for environmental record recovery, and neither form of recovery is promoted to clock adequacy. The causal pillar retains distinct uniform, sector-weighted, and averaged diagnostics; the objectivity pillar retains separate common-pointer and informative-redundancy gates; and the geometry pillar remains a staged research program asking whether Lorentzian geometry is a unique, minimal, lossless representation of recoverability structure. The Basement Provenance audit changes the status, not the mathematical validity, of the downstream theorem packages. Draft 06 begins from a declared physical-instantiation bridge rather than treating relational potentiality as self-instantiating. Formal representation, physical realization, and physical instantiation are separated. Every physical conclusion is indexed to a declared physical equivalence, nullity anchor, witness class, complete carrier, output orientation, operation class, and scope. Existing ETP theorems remain valid under their written hypotheses, but most are classified as conditional physical reconstructions because Hilbert spaces, algebras, states, interactions, instruments, event structures, boundaries, sectors, resources, and dynamics are inherited physical data rather than consequences of a proved basement theorem. The audit does not derive quantum mechanics, the Born rule, physical actuality, a unique ground, energy, information, process, spacetime, or substance. The program has entered a controlled Local Relational Geometry transition. T-LRG.1 routes unresolved obligations among retained LRT duties, joint LRT-LRG interfaces, LRG targets with an LRT completeness veto, external-physics bridges, and cross-program controls. T-LRG.2 installs those routes in the synchronized geometry blueprint and permits G0.5 to begin conditionally. G1 remains blocked until G0.5 declares the recoverability object, complete carrier, operational and geometric equivalence relations, invariant inventory, candidate generating package, witness family, quantitative criteria, provenance, and artifacts. Transfer does not equal solution, and geometric representation does not equal physical derivation. Current Stage 9 and T-LRG status. Stage 9 has completed its planned audit architecture without establishing intrinsic S1 candidate-record derivation or intrinsic S2 operational-boundary derivation. The controlling result is closure of the audit program with open scientific obligations, not derivation of physical actuality, an intrinsic observer, or a preferred boundary. The completed record establishes conditional finite constructions, no-selection and nonuniqueness results, complete-carrier requirements, reset and resource obstructions, witness-family incompleteness, calibration and identifiability limits, multitime-process distinctions, falsifier registers, and a device-relative feasibility ceiling. Laboratory ETP evidence and nonfinite or device-independent closure remain unestablished. The Staged Architecture of the ETP Research Program 1.1 The Governing Question The Theory of Emergent Timeless Potentiality now begins with a prior truth-first question: what are the weakest logically coherent, physically interpretable, and empirically admissible conditions under which physical instantiation is possible or necessary, and what structures, if any, can then be reconstructed without hidden insertion? The earlier ETP question becomes conditional: if an instantiated relational basement is supported, derived, or explicitly postulated, can physical order, records, time, recoverability, geometry, and known effective physics be reconstructed from it? Relational potentiality remains a leading candidate, not a protected conclusion. The seven principal manuscripts form a coordinated dependency architecture. They are not seven independent theories and do not carry interchangeable proof responsibilities. The central synthesis governs their relationship, while the Basement Provenance Protocol constrains what any member of the corpus may claim as physically derived. 1.2 Constitutional Foundation: Basement Provenance Protocol Governing manuscript: ETP_Basement_Provenance_Theorem_Protocol_V02.docx The constitutional audit authority of the program. It distinguishes formal representation, physical realization, and physical instantiation; requires explicit equivalence, witness, complete-carrier, operation-class, and provenance data; and forbids mathematical richness downstream from retroactively deriving its physical bridge. It does not derive physical actuality from pure mathematics. It determines whether an asserted derivation is complete, noncircular, and appropriately scoped. Architectural function: BNP asks what counts as a valid physical derivation. 1.3 Governing Integration Layer: Central ETP Synthesis Governing manuscript: ETP_Final_Synthesis_Draft-06_Stage9_TLRG2_Architecture_Synchronized_Successor-01.docx The theory-wide architectural and claim-synchronization document. It reconciles terminology, theorem status, model boundaries, open fronts, and dependency relations across the corpus. It does not replace the proofs, executions, or reproducibility packages of the technical papers. Architectural function: The synthesis asks how the certified components fit together. 1.4 Pillar I: Operational Reconstruction and Certification of Time Governing manuscript: ETP_Local_Relational_Time_Version_55.1_M9_Stage9C4_Final_Stage9_Release_Successor-11.docx The operational reconstruction and certification pillar. It separates event incidence, succession, record formation, recoverability order, Fisher length, calibrated duration, clock adequacy, comparison, orientation, first-event selection, and thermodynamic direction. The completed Stage 8S-8Z block adds recovery-target alignment, complete-carrier memory, record qualification, event-net provenance, autonomous activation, controller readability, calibration regress, physical-anchor admissibility, and quotient sufficiency. Stage 8 is complete in its declared finite audit scopes; intrinsic S1 and S2 remain open. Architectural function: LRT asks what must be reconstructed and certified before time can be claimed. 1.5 Causal and Locality Pillar: Topology-Controlled Propagation Governing manuscript: Causal_Bounds_Topology_Controlled_Manuscript_FINAL_JMP_a11y_V2.docx The propagation-classification pillar for uncertain, variable, sector-dependent, or coherently controlled interaction topology. It distinguishes uniform, sector-weighted, and representation-dependent averaged diagnostics and states the witness requirements for excluding a finite propagation envelope. It does not derive spacetime, Lorentzian geometry, or a universal invariant speed. Architectural function: The causal-bounds pillar asks how influence propagates through declared physical structure. 1.6 Objectivity Certification I: Hidden-Control Objectivity Diagnostics Governing manuscript: HCOD_ETP_PRXQ_V9.docx The unresolved-control audit for environmental records. It separates channel-conditioned record formation, common-record preservation, integrated fragment information, informative redundancy, and sectorwise false positives. Its two-gate structure requires one common record across the operative channel family before redundancy about that record is treated as objectivity. In Stage 8 language, it tests representative stability and semantic compatibility under hidden control. Architectural function: HCOD asks when environmental records remain the same record under unresolved control. 1.7 Objectivity Certification II: Causal Nonseparability and Environmental Objectivity Governing manuscript: QD_Submission_Paper_PRXQ_V10.docx The operational independence audit at the interface of environmental objectivity and quantum-controlled causal order. It separates record redundancy, pointer preservation, control-assisted joint information, decision performance, causal comparators, and causal witnesses. Its central result is that objectivity and causal nonseparability require distinct certification routes and neither implies the other in the declared class. Architectural function: The QD causal paper asks which objectivity and causal-order claims certify one another. 1.8 Pillar II: Local Relational Geometry Governing manuscript: ETP-Local-Relational-Geometry-Research-Blueprint-v3_T-LRG2_Synchronized.docx The staged representation program asking whether physically certified recoverability invariants admit a unique, minimal, and lossless curved Lorentzian representation. It separates recovery representation, metric emergence, signature, dimension, curvature, causal structure, continuum limits, and Einsteinian dynamics. It is a research blueprint, not a completed spacetime derivation. Architectural function: The geometry pillar asks whether certified recoverability structure has a unique, minimal, lossless geometric representation. 1.9 Seven System-Level Questions The ordering is a dependency map, not a statement that every arrow has been derived. Provenance governs admissibility; operational reconstruction supplies certified carriers, records, access, and temporal structure; causal and objectivity papers test propagation and resource certification; geometry asks whether the resulting invariants admit a faithful geometric representation; and the synthesis reconciles the status of the whole. 1.10 Governing Non-Conflation Rules Formal consistency is not physical instantiation. Recovery is not memorylessness. Memory is not a record. A record is not objectivity. Event succession is not duration. Orientation is not a first event. Mutual calibration is not absolute correctness. Quotient reconstruction is not representative selection. Causal nonseparability is not environmental objectivity. Recoverability structure is not Lorentzian geometry. Each right-hand structure requires a separate theorem, model execution, certification route, or independently physical enrichment. 1.11 Current Frontier and Synchronization Standard Stage 9 has completed its planned audit architecture. Intrinsic S1 candidate-record derivation and intrinsic S2 operational-boundary derivation remain open. These obligations are now routed into Local Relational Geometry without being declared solved: record-support and complete-record-channel construction remain joint LRT-LRG obligations; recovery semantics and complete sequential-process validity remain primarily under LRT authority; operational-boundary derivation is an LRG target subject to an LRT operational-completeness veto; and physical realization requires an external physics bridge. Empty, orbit-valued, quotient-valued, nonunique, Pareto-family, restricted-null, and underdetermined outputs remain legitimate scientific results. This Draft 06 preserves theorem statements and technical-source authority while synchronizing the corpus through Stage 9C.4 and T-LRG.2. G0.5 has a conditional entry pass. G1 remains blocked until the recoverability object, complete carrier, operational and geometric equivalence relations, invariant inventory, candidate generating package, witness family, quantitative criteria, provenance, and artifacts are declared. Results enter the synthesis only at the status supported by their technical source: analytic theorem, conditional theorem, countermodel, exact finite execution, numerical result, model-executed protocol, interpretive commitment, restricted null, underdetermined result, or open research program. 2. Foundational Commitments and Scope 2.1 Relational potentiality and non-ontic state assignment Relational potentiality is reclassified as a leading candidate basement description rather than the presumed fundamental substrate. The program does not presently establish that relationality, potentiality, or their combination is necessary, sufficient, unique, physically instantiated, or capable of deriving physical instantiation. A quantum state remains a normalized mathematical assignment relative to declared systems, observables, or operational algebras. Physical instantiation is not inferred from mathematical richness. Any basement type supported by logic, physics, or evidence must be admitted, including plural, layered, primitive-instantiation, non-well-founded, and no-basement outcomes. The word “timeless” is used narrowly. It means that the fundamental constraint description contains no preferred external physical time parameter. It does not mean that nothing changes, that all effective descriptions are static, or that an unphysical parameter can never be introduced. Gauge-orbit coordinates, update labels, semigroup parameters, and clock readings may all arise, but their physical interpretations must be separately licensed. Title-scope rule. The name “Theory of Emergent Timeless Potentiality” identifies the research program rather than a theorem that physical actuality has been derived from absolute nothing or a certified physical null. “Timeless” means that the foundational formulation does not assume a preferred external physical time or universal background clock. “Emergent” refers only to formally proved or conditionally reconstructed effective structure within explicitly declared data, complete carriers, operations, testers, equivalence relations, and physical-realization assumptions. ETP remains the active name; Theory of Relational Recoverability remains a candidate only. 2.2 Restraint principle ETP is not presently a completed quantum-gravity theory. It does not derive the Born rule, first-person definiteness, continuum spacetime, Lorentz invariance, Einstein dynamics, a unique microscopic Hamiltonian, or the ETP symmetry group from bare potentiality. The present contribution is a mathematically organized emergence framework with explicit theorems and benchmark models. Its value depends on keeping that boundary visible. 2.3 ETP Provenance Constitution Formal representation, physical realization, and physical instantiation are distinct. A mathematical model can define structures and implications without establishing that the model is physically instantiated. Draft 04 therefore treats the physical-instantiation bridge J_phys as a declared, constitutive-interpretive input constrained by empirical adequacy. No downstream theorem is permitted to retroactively derive that bridge merely because it reconstructs rich physical structure after the bridge has been assumed. Physical claims are relative to an equivalence relation E_phys specifying gauge redundancy, presentation change, harmless dilation, Kraus representation, factorization convention, and any admitted relabeling. Operational indistinguishability establishes physical nullity only when the declared witness family is sound and complete on the stated domain. When completeness is not proved, the correct result is Undetermined rather than Null. Every emergence claim must specify its complete carrier: systems, auxiliaries, environments, references, memories, branch labels, boundaries, charges, sectors, correlations, controls, instruments, batteries, clocks, and retained or discarded outputs. Each operation must be classified separately by mathematical admissibility, physical realizability, quotient descent, and whether it preserves complete nullity or introduces an enriching physical resource. Operational-semantic certification is also required. A recoverable or readable output does not certify its own target meaning. When residual symmetries preserve every admitted relation, the physical result is an equivalence class unless independently physical, readable, noncircular, robust enrichment selects a representative. No emergence exemption is permitted. Calling an observer, record, time, locality, geometry, objectivity, or arrow emergent does not excuse the theory from locating the physical distinction on which the output depends. Minimal ancestry, when established, supports only a target-relative minimal frontier. It does not identify a unique substance or license ontology inflation. 2.4 BNP Audit Verdict The current ETP doctrine passes the audit as a conditional, physically interpreted reconstruction framework, not as a derivation of physical actuality from mathematics alone. Its strongest finite-dimensional theorems survive unchanged under their declared hypotheses. The principal unresolved provenance is upstream: the physical bridge; selection of the physical starting datum; completeness of nullity witnesses; derivation of interaction-event, instrument, boundary, resource, and comparison data; and extension of finite acyclic provenance arguments to cyclic, indefinite-order, infinite, continuum, and Type III settings. 2.5 Pre-S0 Provenance Gateway Before any constrained substrate or Stage S0 interaction structure is treated as physical, the theory must declare: (i) the bridge licensing physical interpretation; (ii) the physical equivalence relation; (iii) the nullity anchor and witnesses; (iv) the complete carrier; (v) the operation class; and (vi) the provenance architecture. Accordingly, the Hilbert space, observable algebra, admissible states, constraints, interactions, events, instruments, memories, and resources used below are physically declared inputs unless a specific theorem derives one from another. Stage S0 is the first stage inside the physically interpreted ETP model, not the basement of reality. 3. Constrained Timeless Substrate BNP status. The master-constraint and symmetry theorems are formal or conditional physical theorems over declared Hilbert spaces, group actions, generators, domains, physical algebras, state families, channels, nets, and operational relations. They do not derive those physical inputs or the physical-instantiation bridge. 3.1 Symmetry-derived physical sector Let a connected gauge group G act strongly continuously on a kinematical Hilbert space H_kin with self-adjoint generators C_a on a common dense form domain. For a positive-definite Hermitian matrix M, define the quadratic form q_J[ψ] = Σ_{a,b} M^{ab} ⟨C_a ψ, C_b ψ⟩. When the common form domain is dense, the form is closed and determines a unique positive self-adjoint master-constraint operator J. Positive definiteness gives ker J = ⋂_a ker C_a = H_kin^G. Finite-Generator Master-Constraint Closure. For finitely many self-adjoint generators on a dense common form domain, the master form above is closed, nonnegative, and uniquely represents a positive self-adjoint J whose kernel is exactly the simultaneous constraint kernel. This result closes a functional-analytic gate for declared representations. It does not derive G, the representation, or the generator family from potentiality. Compact groups permit normalized Haar projection. Noncompact groups may have no normalizable invariant vector in H_kin and require a rigging map or equivalent physical-inner-product construction. 3.2 Executed benchmarks Diagonal SU(2) on C² ⊗ C²: the singlet is the invariant sector, the master constraint has spectrum {0,2,2,2}, and Haar averaging projects onto the singlet. Translation group R on L²(R): J = P² has no ordinary L² zero mode, but group averaging on Schwartz test vectors produces a one-dimensional generalized zero-momentum physical space. These examples jointly test compact-projector and noncompact-rigging regimes. They do not establish that either symmetry is fundamental to ETP. 3.3 Orbit coordinates are not yet duration In a deparametrizable sector C = C_R ⊗ I + I ⊗ H_S, conditioning on a Fourier-dual reference coordinate λ may yield i∂_λ|ψ(λ)⟩ = H_S|ψ(λ)⟩. This establishes conditional evolution along a gauge-orbit coordinate. It does not establish that λ is an operational clock reading, that equal λ increments represent equal physical durations, or that different observers can globally synchronize it. 3.4 Physical-Datum Symmetry Reconstruction and Gauge Classification Why this matters. A timeless constraint equation is not yet a physical theory of change. Before ETP can interpret any transformation as dynamical, relational, or temporal, it must determine whether that transformation acts on physical observables, merely changes a presentation, or moves along a certified gauge orbit. Confusing these roles would allow unphysical gauge motion to masquerade as emergent time. 3.4.1 Maximal effective physical symmetry For a closed finite-dimensional physical datum D_phys=(H_phys,A_phys,Omega,Phi,N,R), let G_impl be the subgroup of U(H_phys) preserving the represented observable algebra, admissible states, active channels, physical nets, and operational relations. Let K_null be the normal subgroup acting trivially on every physical observable. Then G_impl is a compact embedded Lie group and G_eff=G_impl/K_null is a compact Lie group acting faithfully on A_phys. It is canonically the maximal datum-preserving effective action. This reconstruction is covariant under complete physical unitary equivalence. The theorem reconstructs what the declared reduced physics supports. It does not recover a unique covering group, central extension, unitary lift, pre-reduction gauge group, or master constraint. Those structures can differ while inducing the same complete reduced action. 3.4.2 Gauge versus physical symmetry Proper gauge transformations lie in K_null, but membership in K_null is not sufficient for gauge status. Gauge certification additionally requires an unreduced orbit realization, invariance of the reduction map, and zero admitted boundary or asymptotic charge. Conversely, every nonidentity element of G_eff is excluded from pure-gauge classification relative to the same complete physical algebra. Physical, dynamical, operational, boundary, sector, and presentation roles are therefore recorded as an overlapping classification signature rather than forced into one label. 3.4.3 Effective generators and compatibility classes The identity component of G_eff determines a real Lie algebra g_eff and an injective representation by physical *-derivations. In finite dimension each derivation is inner, but an operator representative is unique only modulo the commutant of A_phys; disconnected symmetry data remain separately encoded in pi_0(G_eff). A nonzero effective derivation is physical and cannot be imposed as a pure-gauge constraint on the same reduced datum. Gauge constraints become eligible for the master-constraint construction only after independent unreduced certification. For certified gauge lifts, ETP distinguishes reduced physical equivalence, gauge-orbit equivalence, and strong master-operator equivalence. Strong master equivalence implies orbit equivalence, which implies reduced equivalence, while both converses fail. A fixed certified generator family admits many positive master metrics with the same common physical kernel. The finite-dimensional output is therefore a covariant compatibility-class hierarchy, not a uniquely reconstructed unreduced gauge theory. 3.4.4 Observer-temporal descent invariance and boundary separation Observer algebras, record experiments, accessible Fisher geometry, clock classes, comparison transducers, and holonomy data constructed covariantly from a complete reduced datum are transported under reduced physical equivalence. They cannot recover information erased by reduction or select among reduced-equivalent gauge lifts. Separation requires independently justified gauge-invariant enrichment with a different admitted outcome law. Boundaries provide one such possible enrichment, but not automatically. Bulk-reduced data do not uniquely determine a boundary algebra, center, charge representation, edge extension, regional factorization, or gluing rule. A boundary distinguishes lifts only when admitted boundary observables, charges, channels, states, or interface relations produce a gauge-invariant operational difference. Auxiliary edge variables that reduce to the same physical image and preserve every gluing prediction are presentation equivalent. This prevents formal edge bookkeeping from being mistaken for new physical time or new ontology. 3.5 Joint Symmetry-Observable Sectors and the Completed SYM-4 Architecture Given a declared compact unitary implementation U of the reconstructed physical symmetry on a faithfully represented finite-dimensional physical algebra A_phys, the represented Hilbert space admits canonical isotypic sectors and multiplicity spaces. The physically decisive compatibility object is the joint algebra J=C*(A_phys,U(G)), with joint commutant J'=A_phys'∩U(G)'. The minimal central projectors of J determine the canonical central Wedderburn sectors. Individual irreducible copies inside a multiplicity space remain noncanonical unless additional physical data select them. SYM-4 separates four properties that earlier narratives risked conflating: sector preservation, observer readability, physical recordability, and one-channel exact recoverability. For a fixed orthogonal sector model rho_theta=direct-sum_r p_r(theta)sigma_r,theta, the SLD Fisher information decomposes into the classical Fisher information of the sector weights plus the sector-weighted intrasector quantum Fisher information. Positive sector-resolved Fisher information supplies local sensitivity only. It does not by itself provide global ordering, calibration, homogeneous ticking, comparison consistency, or duration. Sectorwise adequate clocks need not assemble into a global clock. Assembly additionally requires an accessible sector instrument or coherent joint protocol, compatible calibrations, a common orientation, and path-consistent comparison transport. Exact recovery of the complete statistical family is sufficient for Fisher preservation, but equality of one SLD tangent is not treated as a recovery certificate. These results complete SYM-4 only within the bounded finite-dimensional, compact implemented-symmetry, fixed-sector, parameter-independent-channel scope. 4. Observers Without Naive Tensor Cuts BNP status. Observer algebras are reconstructed conditionally from physically admitted access, interaction, output-net, instrument, effect, recovery, robustness, and resource data. Null and orbit-valued outputs are preserved. Restricted indistinguishability is not complete physical nullity unless witness completeness is proved. 4.1 No-go boundary and access seeds A Hilbert space, even together with a master constraint, does not select a unique nontrivial proper observer subsystem. Any unitary symmetry preserving the supplied data can conjugate one candidate observer algebra into another. Additional invariant access data are therefore necessary. For observer O, let S_O be a declared self-adjoint unital family of physical effects or observables selected by record couplings, detector channels, interaction support, redundancy, or another operational rule. A_O = W*(S_O) = S_O″ (finite-dimensional case). Seed-Relative Observer Reconstruction. A_O is the unique smallest finite-dimensional von Neumann algebra containing S_O. Under a physical *-isomorphism φ, reconstruction is covariant: W*(φ(S_O)) = φ(W*(S_O)). 4.2 Sectorwise factorization Every finite-dimensional observer algebra has a Wedderburn decomposition H_phys ≅ ⊕_z (H_{O,z} ⊗ H_{O^c,z}), A_O ≅ ⊕_z (B(H_{O,z}) ⊗ I_{O^c,z}). The central label z carries superselection information. A tensor factor for an observer is canonical only inside a central sector and only up to local unitary choices, multiplicity relabeling, and permutations of isomorphic sectors. The representation-independent observer state is the restriction ω|_{A_O}, not a universally assumed partial trace. 4.3 Joint observers and invariance Joint access is the algebraic join A_1 ∨ A_2 = W*(A_1 ∪ A_2). If the admissible measurement class enlarges with algebra inclusion, accessible Fisher information is monotone: F_1^acc ≤ F_2^acc whenever A_1 ⊆ A_2. Physical *-isomorphisms preserve observable outcome distributions, accessible Fisher length, endpoint admissibility, comparison-edge existence, and loop-holonomy conjugacy classes when states, measurements, and comparison protocols are transported consistently. Open gate. The reconstruction is canonical relative to S_O, but ETP does not yet uniquely derive the access-seed selector from bare potentiality. This limitation replaces vague “observer relativity” with a precise physical-selection problem. 4.4 From Interactions to Record Channels and Recoverable Observer Access Why this matters. Seed-relative reconstruction identifies the algebra generated by declared access data, but an emergence theory must also ask where those data come from. The strongest unconditional finite-dimensional step is from a physical interaction isometry to its total complementary output channel, unique up to output isometry. Interaction data alone do not generally select a unique proper fragment or observer boundary when output symmetries exchange the candidates. Given an interaction isometry V:H_A -> H_B tensor H_E, the reduced channel and complementary record channel are CPTP. For a physical output net supplied by interaction events, causal localization, ports, or gauge-invariant local algebras, candidate fragment channels may be tested for persistence, distinguishability, common-record survival, exact recoverability, redundancy, covariance, and robustness. The covariant selector may return an empty family. That null result is physically meaningful. For a finite-dimensional channel Phi with supported-sector projector P and Kraus operators K_i, define N(Phi,P)=C*({P K_i^dagger K_j P}) and A_rec=N(Phi,P)' intersect B(PH). This commutant is the unique largest observable algebra exactly corrected by one CPTP recovery channel. The requirement of one algebra-wide recovery is essential; incompatible elementwise recoveries do not define one operational observer algebra. ETP therefore uses the hierarchy A_exact subseteq A_rec subseteq A_op and the corresponding Fisher hierarchy F_exact <= F_rec <= F_op. Exact record stability, correctability, and temporal identifiability are different properties and are audited separately. 4.5 Interaction-Grounded Observer Selection: Current SYM-5 Status Sector and commutant data constrain possible distinctions but do not select a unique observer. SYM-5 begins from independently physical interaction-event structure, reconstructs a covariant isotonic output net from local output generators, reconstructs a physical effect system from admitted instruments, pulls those effects back through the selected fragment channel, and generates candidate observer algebras from the resulting access seeds. A total channel, bare tensor factorization, or output algebra alone is insufficient to determine elementary events, proper fragments, detector effects, or operational boundaries. Within the declared bounded finite-dimensional collision and accumulated-memory scope, effect-system execution, layered robustness, approximate-recovery continuity, resource qualification, Pareto observer selection, benchmark classification, and compositional closure are complete. The canonical output may be empty, scalar, nonunique, a symmetry orbit, a physical-equivalence quotient, a Pareto family, or conditionally unique after independently physical structure resolves residual equivalence. Selection subclasses such as Pareto-optimal or efficiency-maximizing families are generally not closed under composition even when the operational observer family is. The synthesis therefore replaces the older claim that SYM-5 is wholly open. What remains open is deeper: derivation of the underlying interaction-event and instrument data from bare ETP potentiality, plus infinite-dimensional, continuous-event, indefinite-causal, gauge-interface, thermal, correlated-input, and fully resource-accounted extensions. 4.6 Record Reconstruction, Orbit Nonselection, and Recovery Semantics Stage S1A reconstructs candidate records through interaction structure, constraint geometry, distinction geometry, persistence, transfer, representation, and substitutability. A record is a stable substitutable representation: persistence, transfer, or representation alone is insufficient. Residual automorphisms transport candidate records into orbits, so record-family nonuniqueness is inherited from lower reconstruction layers rather than added as an independent primitive. The S1B record-orbit no-selection theorem proves that a covariant selector using only the complete S1A datum can choose a unique representative from a residual orbit only when that representative is fixed by every datum-preserving automorphism. This forbids datum-internal asymmetric selection, not physical realization. Later access, resources, boundaries, or dynamics can reduce an orbit only when they constitute independently physical enrichment. The strongest current recovery-semantic candidate is I_rec=(I_content,G_rec), combining recoverable distinction content with admissible recovery geometry, including reachability, composition, supported-domain, memory, and implementation relations. The representation-theoretic consolidation supplies conditional dependency, minimality, uniqueness, and compression results. Universal recovery-semantic closure remains unproved: no explicit third determinant has survived the adversarial program, but failure to find one is not a completeness theorem. 5. The Layered Emergence of Time BNP status. Record order, Fisher length, clock calibration, comparison, and direction are downstream physical reconstructions. Each inherits the provenance of its record carriers, measurement class, parameterized model, reference systems, comparison protocols, memory, and thermodynamic resources. The central correction in Draft 02 is that temporal emergence is not one step. It is a sequence of logically independent structures: 5.1 Record order Exact recoverability defines a preorder: R_i ≼ R_j when the later accessible record structure contains a channel that recovers the earlier one. Quotienting mutually recoverable records yields a partial order. Scalar order coordinates can be assigned on suitable chains, but they remain unique only up to increasing reparameterization. An update count η is therefore ordinal, not yet metric time. 5.2 Observer-accessible statistical geometry For a parameterized observer state and an admissible measurement class M_O, define the maximum accessible classical Fisher information F_O^acc(λ) = sup_{Π ∈ M_O} F_cl(λ; Π). The local Fisher length and calibrated duration are L_O(λ_1,λ_0) = ½ ∫_{λ_0}^{λ_1} √F_O^acc(λ) dλ, t_O = κ_O L_O + b_O, κ_O > 0. This construction selects the symmetric logarithmic derivative metric only for the declared task of maximizing extractable Fisher information under the admissible observer measurements. It does not claim that the SLD metric is the unique quantum monotone metric for every operational question. 5.3 Dynamical-Time/Fisher-Clock correspondence Dynamical-Time/Fisher-Clock Correspondence. On a connected interval, let T parameterize an open evolution and let C be a designated accessible clock channel. Then L_C(T) is affine in T if and only if F_C^acc(T) is positive and constant almost everywhere. After choosing κ_C = 2/√F_C^0, the calibrated clock satisfies t_C(T) = T + constant. L_C(T) = L_C(T₀) + ½ ∫_{T₀}^{T} √F_C^acc(s) ds. The theorem answers when an effective open-dynamical coordinate and an operational clock duration agree. Equal dynamical increments represent equal physical durations exactly when they generate equal increments of accessible statistical distinguishability in the designated clock channel. The evolving target system need not be its own clock. Statistical homogeneity provides an equivalent formulation: if L_C(T+Δ)-L_C(T) depends only on Δ and the increment law is continuous and additive, then L_C is affine and the clock has constant Fisher speed. For an imperfect clock with |½√F_C^acc(T)-α_C| ≤ ε, accumulated length drift is bounded by ε|T-T₀|, and calibrated time drift by (ε/α_C)|T-T₀|. 5.4 Positive and negative clock tests Gaussian location clock: p(y|T) is normal with mean vT and fixed variance σ². Its Fisher information v²/σ² is constant, so κ_C = 2σ/|v| yields exact agreement with T. Pure autonomous qubit clock: F_Q = 4(ΔH)²/ℏ² is constant. Fisher duration is (ΔH/ℏ)T and κ_C = ℏ/ΔH gives exact calibration. Dephasing target system: for ρ(T) = [I + e^{-γT}σ_x]/2, F_T = γ²e^{-2γT}/(1-e^{-2γT}) and L(T) = ½ arccos(e^{-γT}). The length saturates at π/4, so this relaxing system is not a uniform persistent clock. 5.5 Endpoint-regularized duration Endpoint-Regularized Fisher Duration. For measurable accessible Fisher information F on an open interval, with √F locally integrable, a finite endpoint admits a unique continuous and absolutely continuous extension of Fisher length exactly when √F is one-sided integrable at that endpoint. If F(a+x) ~ Cx^{-α}, finite endpoint duration exists exactly when α < 2. The divergence is logarithmic at α = 2 and power-law for α > 2. The dephasing endpoint has α = 1 and is duration-admissible even though its interior SLD Fisher speed diverges. Rank change by itself neither licenses nor forbids an endpoint. The metric integral, not an isolated point value of QFI, controls duration completion. Finite metric completion does not guarantee endpoint estimability, the accessibility of an optimal measurement, identifiability, or dynamical continuation beyond the endpoint. 5.6 Duration versus energetic resource For pure autonomous unitary clocks, local Fisher speed depends on energy dispersion ΔH, whereas the Margolus-Levitin orthogonalization bound depends on mean excitation Ē = ⟨H-E₀⟩: dL/dT = ΔH/ℏ, T_⊥ ≥ πℏ/(2Ē). Two-level families show that equal Fisher speed can coexist with different mean excitation and that equal mean excitation can coexist with different Fisher speeds. The quantities coincide only in special saturating families, such as a balanced two-level orthogonalizing clock. ETP duration therefore tracks accessible distinguishability. Mean excitation is a resource constraint on how quickly a target distinction can be generated, not a replacement duration metric. 5.7 Clock Adequacy Beyond Unitary and Markovian Dynamics Why this matters. Real records and clocks interact with environments, retain memory, and may recur. A theory that equated Markovianity, information preservation, or recoverability with good timekeeping would certify clocks that cannot provide a unique or homogeneous reading. For any absolutely continuous physical state path, including nonunitary and non-Markovian evolution, global affine calibration holds exactly when elapsed-time accessible Fisher information is positive and constant almost everywhere. CP divisibility is neither sufficient nor necessary for this scalar clock condition. Fisher backflow about an encoded parameter is not Fisher information about elapsed time, and recovery of a record does not impose constant Fisher speed. If the instantaneous reduced state recurs, rho_C(T1)=rho_C(T2) for T1 not equal to T2, no measurement on that reduced state can give a globally injective clock reading. A retained branch label or memory can remove the ambiguity only by enlarging the candidate clock, which must then pass its own adequacy audit. ETP classifies clocks as globally affine, approximately affine, piecewise adequate, memory extended, event timers, record only, or inadequate on declared domains and measurement classes. In the executed memory-carrier collision model, total Fisher information about a relational phase is redistributed exactly among source, persistent memory, and retained fragments. Reduced-source Fisher information can revive on non-CP-divisible steps while retained-fragment Fisher information grows monotonically. Nevertheless adjacent retained-memory Bures increments are nonuniform, so collision count is not an affine duration coordinate. This execution proves that memory growth and temporal-information retention do not by themselves produce homogeneous ticking. 5.8 Process-Tensor Memory and Output-Relative Recovery Finite-dimensional process-tensor extensions reconstruct multi-time intervention structure, distinguish enlarged-carrier Markovity from reduced-source memory, execute a memory-emptying benchmark, show that a source-only causal break can be insufficient, and establish bounded-memory process compression in the declared collision architecture. Minimal reduced-source Markov order, minimal process-tensor bond dimension, universal compression, infinite memory, and continuum process closure remain open. For a selected channel Phi with supported sector P, the largest exactly recoverable source-observable algebra is the commutant of the compressed Kraus-product algebra. The selected output is part of the theorem datum. One isometry can yield different recoverable algebras through its reduced and complementary outputs because the corresponding Kraus families are different. The two-fragment collision execution makes this explicit. In the ordered regimes aligned strong, aligned weak, rotated strong, and rotated weak, the reduced final-system dimensions are (2,2,1,1), while the retained-environment dimensions are (2,1,2,1). A later system rotation can eliminate nontrivial exact final-system access while leaving a perfect record already deposited in a retained environmental fragment. Approximate recovery, restricted effects, elapsed-time Fisher information, and clock adequacy require separate audits. 6. Global Time, Clock Gluing, and Fragmentation 6.1 Operational comparison transport Local durations do not automatically form one global time. A reversible comparison arrow γ: j → i carries an empirically defined affine transport Γ_γ(t) = a_γt+b_γ. Local recalibrations h_i(t)=α_it+β_i act by Γ_γ ↦ h_i ∘ Γ_γ ∘ h_j^{-1}. For a closed loop ℓ, composition produces H_ℓ(t) = A_ℓ t + B_ℓ. The multiplier A_ℓ is invariant under affine conjugacy. When A_ℓ = 1, the zero versus nonzero status of B_ℓ is invariant, although its numerical magnitude rescales with the clock unit. Global Parallel-Clock Theorem. A connected reversible comparison network admits a global parallel calibration if and only if every closed loop has identity holonomy. Trivial holonomy makes clock transport path independent; nontrivial holonomy obstructs a single global calibration even when every local clock is individually adequate. This distinguishes three failures: missing required comparison edges produce local fragmentation; disagreement between direct and relayed comparison produces comparison curvature; and nonidentity loop transport produces global holonomy. 6.2 Positive three-observer model A three-observer Gaussian network provides a constructive example. Each translated Gaussian clock has F_i^acc = 4 and L_i(λ)=λ, so the local clocks agree metrically. Independent reversible Gaussian comparison transducers with offsets δ_21=0.30, δ_32=-0.10, and δ_13=0.25 yield loop transport H_ℓ(t)=t+0.45. Thus equal local Fisher metrics coexist with nontrivial translational holonomy and no global parallel calibration. Claim boundary. The offsets are independently specified comparison data and are not yet derived from one record-forming ETP interaction. The model proves that quantum-compatible comparison holonomy is possible. It does not prove that intrinsic ETP branch dynamics generically produces global fragmentation. 6.3 Record-Derived Comparison Transducers Why this matters. Local clocks cannot be declared synchronized by fitting a map to one preparation or one prior average. A physical comparison must transform the entire admitted record experiment with one state-independent protocol. A classical comparison from record i to record j exists exactly when one parameter-independent Markov kernel K_ji maps p_i(.|theta) to p_j(.|theta) for every admitted theta. Equivalently, the j experiment is a Blackwell post-processing of the i experiment. At the quantum level, the strongest condition used here is a CPTP degrading channel D_ji satisfying R_j=D_ji o R_i. Joint compatibility alone does not imply either classical transducibility or quantum degradability. Deterministic comparison is the Dirac-kernel special case. Positive-affine comparison follows only when both clocks encode the same recoverable coordinate with constant-speed affine calibrations. Noisy affine kernels compose around loops, and identity holonomy requires unit multiplier, zero accumulated offset, and zero accumulated noise almost surely. Thus stochastic holonomy can remain even when affine coefficients close. The retained-memory collision chain supplies an exact quantum transducer: partial trace maps the later accumulated memory to the earlier one. Independently calibrated fragment streams remain a concrete Choi-feasibility and readout-kernel execution target. 7. Explicit Record Dynamics and the Local Arrow 7.1 Repeated-interaction realization Let a pointer qubit S interact sequentially with fresh thermal fragments F_n through a controlled record unitary U_θ = P_0⊗I + P_1⊗R_θ. Tracing each outgoing fragment gives a CPTP update Φ_θ, while retaining the fragments gives memory M_n = F_1…F_n. The later memory exactly recovers the earlier memory by tracing out F_n. Data processing therefore makes I(X:M_n) nondecreasing in the explicit retained-fragment architecture. In the strong classical-record regime, commuting conditional fragment states provide directly accessible records and increasing redundancy. In the weak-collision regime, coherence is multiplied by cos θ each step. Under θ² = 2γΔT and fixed T=nΔT, the repeated channel converges to the GKSL dephasing semigroup with generator L(ρ)=(γ/2)(σ_zρσ_z-ρ). This supplies a controlled update-count-to-open-dynamical-coordinate bridge for the reduced channel. 7.2 Layered arrow theorem A temporal arrow requires more than ordered records. The following implications are kept distinct: Stable backward recoverability implies nondecreasing accessible memory information by data processing. Persistent disjoint fragments can generate nondecreasing threshold redundancy. Objective append-only classical memory gives nonnegative memory-entropy increments. For an initially uncorrelated thermal reservoir, entropy production satisfies Σ = ΔS_A - βQ_A = I(A:B) + D(ρ_B′||τ_B) ≥ 0. The collision model explicitly verifies positive finite-step entropy production in strong and weak regimes under its declared heat convention. Because the controlled unitary is externally driven, a complete autonomous thermodynamic account would also require work storage and energy-conserving implementation. Record growth alone is not promoted to universal entropy growth, and a finite recurrent unitary model does not establish a cosmological arrow. 7.3 Autonomous, Energy-Conserving Record Formation Why this matters. An externally scheduled collision can demonstrate record dynamics, but it cannot by itself explain autonomous ordering or identify the energetic cost and quality of record formation. ETP therefore separates the existence of a record, energy conservation, clock activation, stored work, and entropy production. For a finite supported sector, a gap-matched battery dilation implements pointer-controlled record collisions by a unitary commuting with the total bare energy. A time-independent Hamiltonian with an internal clock or transport degree of freedom can activate the collision conditionally, without an externally time-dependent schedule. The result is exact on the declared finite horizon and supported energy window. Finite-clock localization, backreaction, timing error, normalization, and degradation remain quantitative requirements; the internal coordinate is not automatically operational duration. A thermally biased fragment produces a nontrivial readable pointer record, while an unbiased fragment gives the correct null result. Retained outgoing fragments recover earlier memories by partial trace. Exact first-law accounting includes interaction energy when it does not vanish at the endpoints. The inclusive entropy identity is Delta S_S + Delta S_W - beta Q_S = I_tot' + D(rho_F' || tau_F) >= 0. Battery entropy and final correlations remain in the ledger. Energy transferred to the battery is not automatically pure work; battery free-energy change, disturbance, correlations, and reusability must be audited. Under the declared finite-step hypotheses, the model realizes autonomous ordering, readable records, backward recoverability, monotonic retained-memory information, exact energy accounting, and nonnegative inclusive entropy production without conflating any of those conclusions with a universal arrow. 8. Emergent Causal Structure and Locality BNP status. Topology labels, support identifications, measures, local observable fields, Hamiltonians, common embeddings, and intervention structures are declared physical inputs. Causal diagnostics classify propagation within that datum; they do not prove that topology, locality, or physical actuality arose from certified-null provenance. Record order and physical duration do not by themselves create spacetime. Effective causal structure additionally requires propagation information. ETP retains the topology-controlled sector diagnostics developed in the causal-structure program: C_∞ captures worst-case positive-measure propagation, C_1 captures sector-weighted propagation, and C̄ captures representation-dependent averaged propagation. These distinguish inequivalent notions of effective locality without presupposing a unique continuum geometry. The revised relationship is not a simple linear claim that time causes locality. Rather, observer algebras and records define accessible events; local clocks metricize eligible histories; comparison transport assesses cross-domain temporal consistency; and sector propagation diagnostics classify effective influence. A semiclassical spacetime interpretation would require these structures to assemble into a stable, approximately continuum, Lorentz-compatible regime. That derivation remains open. 8.1 Current Causal-Locality Classification For decomposable topology-controlled dynamics, ETP distinguishes C_infinity, the essential-supremum decomposable commutator norm; C_1, the sector-weighted integral of fiber norms; and C_bar, the norm of an averaged embedded commutator available only after a common representation, measurable identifications, and Bochner integrability are supplied. These quantities answer different questions and are not automatically signaling capacities. A finite uniform exterior-cone envelope requires measurable support identifications and almost-everywhere uniform control of distances, prefactors, decay lengths, observable norms, and standardized admissible sector velocities. Essential unboundedness of upper-bound velocities alone does not prove fast propagation. Exclusion of a finite uniform cone requires a positive-measure common-time lower-front witness. State-weighted truncation bounds remain meaningful when uniform boundedness fails, but their tolerance-dependent fronts do not establish a relativistic invariant speed. 9. Emergent Objectivity BNP status. Common-pointer preservation and informative redundancy are physical claims only relative to the declared source alternatives, interaction family, fragment decomposition, admitted measurements, independence conditions, complete carrier, and witness-completeness scope. 9.1 Stable records and common-pointer survival A record is a stable, observer-accessible distinction capable of participating in later correlations. Not every distinction becomes objective. Under hidden channel families, a candidate pointer decomposition must be preserved across all active interactions. Common-pointer survival is therefore a gate on persistent facts, not merely a choice of basis. 9.2 Redundancy and independent access Operational objectivity requires multiple observers to acquire informative records without jointly disturbing the source. Quantum-Darwinist redundancy provides the relevant architecture, but redundancy alone can mislead if different hidden controls preserve incompatible pointers. ETP therefore retains a two-gate certification: a common record must survive across the operative channel family, and environmental fragments must carry informative redundant encodings of that same record. 9.3 Algebraic formulation Draft 02 strengthens the objectivity program by connecting fragments to observer algebras. A fragment is not objective merely because a tensor label has been written down. Its accessible effects must generate an observer algebra, and the encoded record must remain stable under physical equivalences and admissible measurements. Joint observers correspond to algebraic joins, while common accessible content corresponds to algebraic intersections. This makes objectivity compatible with gauge constraints and sectorwise, rather than globally assumed, factorization. 9.4 Geometry as a Certified Research Frontier BNP status. Geometry is not licensed by recoverability vocabulary alone. Every adjacency, locality, metric, dimension, signature, curvature, gluing, continuum, and Einstein-limit claim must identify whether the relevant structure is derived, inherited, empirically supplied, representation dependent, or unresolved. The Local Relational Geometry program is not treated as a completed pillar. Its current flagship question is whether Lorentzian geometry is a unique, minimal, lossless representation of recoverability structure. The program first inventories and classifies recoverability invariants, tests the candidate generating package, and attempts to falsify compression completeness before proceeding to representation-invariant geometry, memory-bearing geometry, Lorentzian reconstruction, boundary and sector-weighted geometry, curvature, geodesics, and an Einstein limit. Recovery representation, metric emergence, curvature emergence, Lorentzian reconstruction, Lorentzian uniqueness, matter-geometry feedback, and Einsteinian phenomenology are separate claims. Success at an earlier reconstruction level never certifies a later physics level. Draft 04 therefore uses the geometry program to define the forward dependency frontier without implying that continuum Lorentzian geometry or gravitational dynamics have already been derived. 9.5 Stage 9 Audit Closure and T-LRG Transition Stage 9 established a typed provenance vocabulary, nonuniqueness controls for minimal primitive bases, finite reservoir-depletion and discrimination models, labeled and permutation-invariant heterogeneity witnesses, finite sampling and calibration results, exact calibration nonidentifiability with conditional rank restoration, adversarial witness-family countermodels, complete-carrier and future-process inequivalence, reset-export obstructions, and a device-relative protocol with a feasibility ceiling. The controlling Stage 9B.17 correction remains explicit: optimized separation through collision 78 is zero; positive numerical minima arise only for longer prefixes under imposed restrictions; the tested grid was not converged; and the heterogeneous model family approaches the homogeneous family in closure as heterogeneity tends to zero. Stage 9 did not establish intrinsic physical actuality, a unique physical bridge, intrinsic record-support selection, a complete intrinsic record channel, intrinsic observer accessibility, an intrinsic operational boundary, a universal operation or tester family, a physical resource or thermodynamic arrow, laboratory ETP evidence, or device-independent and nonfinite completion. The unresolved obligations are routed, not closed. LRG may inherit complete-carrier discipline, typed physical equivalence, tester-relative distinguishability, and scoped Stage 9 theorem, countermodel, falsifier, and provenance records. Candidate record supports, operation algebras, process slots, histories, causal order, references, synchronization structures, controllers, Fisher duration, recoverability metrics, and Lieb-Robinson structures remain conditional inputs. An intrinsic observer, record channel, boundary, topology, metric, Lorentzian signature, thermodynamic arrow, Einstein dynamics, or laboratory confirmation is a prohibited inherited conclusion. Every LRG phase must test for observer insertion, boundary insertion, metric insertion, operational insertion, reference insertion, resource insertion, completeness substitution, representation circularity, finite-to-continuum promotion, and simulation-to-experiment promotion. A triggered test requires failure of the intrinsic claim, restriction to a conditional result, or an independent derivation with a falsifier. 10. The Unified ETP Architecture The complete architecture is a gated dependency graph beginning at Layer 0, Basement Necessity and Physical Instantiation. Layer 0 determines the null hierarchy, non-null witnesses, non-enriching operations, provenance, candidate basement classes, necessity and sufficiency, formal-instantiation underdetermination, physical bridges, empirical discriminators, and whether instantiation must remain primitive. Layer 1 concerns instantiated event and recoverability structure. Layer 2 concerns Local Relational Time. Layer 3 concerns Local Relational Geometry. Layer 4 concerns higher physical reconstruction. No downstream layer may retroactively derive the physical instantiation of its own inputs, and no Layer 4 closure is permitted while a required Layer 0 through Layer 3 dependency remains open. Relational potentiality -> declared constraint data -> gauge-reduced physical sector -> complete physical datum -> effective physical symmetry and separately certified gauge structure. Interaction-derived record channels + operational boundary data -> exact and recoverable observer algebras -> recoverability order -> accessible Fisher geometry -> local duration and clock classification. Adequate local clocks + state-independent comparison transducers -> global calibration, fragmentation, or deterministic and stochastic holonomy. Autonomous record dynamics + retained-memory recovery + explicit energy and entropy ledgers -> a conditional local arrow. Observer-accessible events + boundary/interface data + propagation diagnostics -> effective causal structure and locality. Stable common records + informative redundant channels + recoverable access -> operational objectivity. No right-hand structure is licensed by the left-hand term alone. Each arrow denotes an additional theorem hypothesis, physical selection rule, or explicit model. This is the central discipline of the updated theory. 10.1 What is unified The programs are unified by a common truth-first method, complete-carrier discipline, operational access, explicit equivalence relations, provenance, falsifiers, and the separation of invariant physics from representation. They are not unified by a settled basement ontology. Relational potentiality remains one candidate among admissible alternatives until the basement program determines what is necessary, sufficient, empirically supported, or irreducibly primitive. 10.2 What remains independent Local duration, global synchronization, causal locality, thermodynamic direction, and objectivity are not interchangeable. Equal local Fisher speeds can coexist with nontrivial comparison holonomy. Record information can grow without establishing global entropy increase. A causal propagation bound does not select a clock. Redundant fragments do not bypass common-pointer certification. This modularity is a strength because each layer exposes a distinct falsification target. 10.3 BNP Transition Certificates Each major descent below states what is inherited, what is proved, and where physical provenance remains open. These certificates govern the interpretation of the theorem packages without changing their mathematics. 11. Claim-Status Ledger 12. Falsifiability and Research Program ETP should be evaluated through layer-specific failure tests rather than by a single all-or-nothing slogan. The framework is weakened or falsified within a declared model if any of the following occurs: The proposed constraint representation is anomalous or the master form fails to define the asserted physical sector. Purportedly equivalent observer presentations lack a state-and-protocol-preserving *-isomorphism or produce different observable probabilities. A designated clock has nonconstant accessible Fisher speed while being claimed to reproduce uniform physical duration without drift correction. A claimed finite endpoint has nonintegrable √F^acc. A proposed universal energetic clock assigns equal duration rates to states with equal mean excitation but demonstrably different accessible Fisher speeds. A supposedly global clock network exhibits nonidentity loop holonomy. A claimed intrinsic ETP fragmentation model inserts comparison offsets independently rather than deriving them from its physical interaction. A claimed arrow loses recoverability, redundancy monotonicity, or nonnegative entropy production under its own declared assumptions. A claimed objective record fails common-pointer preservation or informative redundant access. A claimed continuum causal regime fails to reproduce the required propagation, symmetry, or semiclassical limits. The highest-priority constructive test is now an integrated ETP execution that derives the physical output net, operational boundary, record channels, clock measurement class, comparison transducers, and autonomous resource ledger from one gauge-invariant interaction architecture. It should permit direct Choi degradability tests, parameter-independent readout-kernel tests, restricted-measurement Fisher calculations, finite-clock and battery error budgets, boundary/interface audits, redundancy diagnostics, and loop-holonomy composition without importing synchronization or observer labels by hand. Additional synchronized failure tests include: • treating a symmetry sector, conserved charge, recovered pointer, positive Fisher tangent, or process-memory label as duration without the required clock gates; • selecting one observer, record, fragment, orbit representative, or master metric from a datum whose residual automorphisms exchange the candidates; • substituting the reduced-system Kraus family for the complementary environmental channel, or omitting the selected output and discarded carrier; • claiming universal recovery completeness from the current content-plus-geometry representation without proving exhaustion of third determinants; • promoting a state-weighted causal bound to an invariant signaling speed, or promoting the Geometry blueprint to a Lorentzian or Einsteinian theorem. BNP-specific failure or restriction conditions include: • a physical claim is made without declaring the bridge that licenses physical instantiation; • formal, gauge, representational, operational, and physical equivalence are conflated; • failure of a restricted witness is promoted from Undetermined to physically Null without completeness; • a retained environment, reference, branch, boundary, memory, battery, charge, sector, control, or correlation is omitted from the complete carrier; • a mathematical operation is treated as physically realized, quotient descending, or completely null preserving without proof; • finite-DAG provenance reasoning is applied to cyclic, indefinite-order, infinite, asymptotic, continuum, or Type III structures without a replacement closure theorem; • a minimal ancestry result is inflated into a unique ontology or a claim that the basement is energy, information, relation, process, field, geometry, or substance. 13. Limitations and Open Problems Fundamental selection: derive the ETP gauge symmetry, representation, access seeds, detector couplings, and clock scale from explicit potentiality axioms. Observer theory: extend algebraic reconstruction and invariance beyond finite-dimensional von Neumann algebras, including edge modes and nonfactor algebras. Clock theory: calculate accessible Fisher information for outgoing collision fragments, retained memories, and auxiliary reference channels under realistic measurement restrictions. Global time: derive comparison transducers intrinsically and establish robustness under noise, sampling error, calibration drift, and missing edges. Thermodynamics: add autonomous work storage, energy-conserving collisions, correlated environments, ancilla reuse, and non-Markovian backflow tests. Causal geometry: derive continuum and relativistic proper-time limits and connect sector diagnostics to effective Lorentzian geometry and Einstein dynamics. Objectivity: integrate common-pointer certification, algebraic observer access, redundancy scaling, and hidden-control diagnostics in one physical model. Foundations: address the Born rule, first-person definiteness, and empirical distinctions from neighboring relational, timeless, and quantum-reference-frame programs. Cross-manuscript consistency: maintain theorem names, symbols, normalization conventions, claim status, and model boundaries across all ETP papers and reproducibility artifacts. - Symmetry frontier: execute SYM-4 sector and commutant decomposition; escalate to categorical reconstruction only if group data fail to capture physical sectors and composition. - Boundary frontier: derive an ETP-specific physical boundary algebra, charge family, interface channel, admissibility specification, and gluing law before claiming boundary-selected time or locality. - Record frontier: derive the covariant physical output net and operational boundary from interaction, causal, locality, gauge, control, or resource structure. - Comparison frontier: solve Choi degradability and full-family kernel feasibility for multiple collision streams and execute a nontrivial stochastic loop. - Autonomous frontier: quantify finite-clock error and degradation, finite-battery capacity, battery disturbance and correlations, work quality, and the autonomous continuum limit. • Recovery semantics: prove or refute universal completeness of (I_content,G_rec); preserve any successful third-axis counterexample as an architectural revision. • Process tensors: determine minimal reduced-source Markov order, minimal bond dimension, thermal and initially correlated extensions, and continuum limits. • Output-relative recovery: extend the dual-output audit to quantitative approximate recovery, restricted instruments, resource costs, and elapsed-time Fisher tasks. • Geometry: complete the recoverability inventory and compression audit before asserting metric, Lorentzian, curvature, geodesic, or Einstein-level emergence. 14. Conclusion Draft 06 presents ETP as a coordinated conditional-reconstruction and falsification program whose bounded theorem architectures remain valid within their declared domains. Stage 9 has closed the audit architecture while leaving intrinsic S1 and S2 open. That boundary is productive rather than hidden: every proposed record, observer, boundary, process, resource, and geometric construction must identify the physical bridge, complete carrier, operation and tester family, equivalence relation, provenance, and falsifier on which it depends. This architecture is more complete than Draft 01 because it identifies the missing bridges and the conditions under which each bridge succeeds. It is also more restrained. The master constraint does not select observers by itself; rank change is judged by metric integrability rather than intuition; energy resources do not replace duration; equal local clocks do not force global time; and record growth does not automatically imply thermodynamic irreversibility. The resulting ETP program is therefore neither a claim that time is illusion nor a completed quantum-gravity theory. It is a disciplined proposal for how invariant observer access, records, clocks, comparisons, causal propagation, and redundancy can jointly generate the structured physical world described by effective quantum theory and relativity. Draft 06 synchronizes the central synthesis through Stage 9C.4 and the T-LRG.2 geometry transition. The program has entered Local Relational Geometry through a controlled transfer rather than a declaration of success. G0.5 may inventory recoverability invariants and their provenance, but G1 cannot begin until the recoverability object, carrier, operational and geometric equivalence, witness completeness, candidate generating package, quantitative criteria, and artifacts are fixed. Geometry must be reconstructed rather than inserted, and a faithful representation must not be mistaken for physical instantiation. BNP audit conclusion. ETP now distinguishes three levels of derivation: formal derivation inside a mathematical model; conditional physical reconstruction after a declared physical bridge and datum; and basement derivation, which would require closed non-null provenance from an appropriately established ground theorem. The present doctrine contains extensive results at the first two levels. It does not yet contain the third. This limitation is now architectural rather than hidden: the physical bridge, witness completeness, complete-carrier audits, and non-finite provenance closures are explicit research obligations, while existing symmetry, observer, recovery, temporal, causal, objectivity, thermodynamic, and geometry results retain their declared scope. Draft 07 Truth-First Basement and Instantiation Pivot Revision authority. Draft 07 preserves the theorem-level, conditional, numerical, countermodel, and open results of Draft 06 while changing the logical priority of the research program. The purpose is to determine what is true, not to confirm ETP, relational potentiality, or any preferred ontology. The Local Relational Geometry G1 and Pre-G2 record is preserved as downstream conditional reconstruction, not basement derivation. Truth-First Research Constitution • Theory-neutrality: ETP is a candidate research architecture. Nature is the authority. • Candidate neutrality: relation, distinction, energy, action, information, law, process, quantum structure, field, primitive actuality, plural basements, and no-basement models receive no presumption of truth. • Outcome neutrality: confirmation, revision, refutation, plural minima, underdetermination, and proof that instantiation is primitive are valid successful outcomes. • Claim separation: logical necessity, formal sufficiency, physical necessity, and empirical adequacy are tracked separately. • Necessity and sufficiency are never conflated. A necessary ingredient need not instantiate anything, and a sufficient model need not be uniquely necessary. • No formal-to-physical promotion: mathematical existence, richness, consistency, definability, computation, or convergence does not establish physical instantiation. • No downstream bootstrapping: events, records, clocks, routes, metrics, topology, persistence, and geometry cannot retroactively instantiate the carriers they presuppose. • Plural-foundation permission: several incomparable minimal basements may form the correct frontier. • Primitive-instantiation permission: if no noncircular derivation exists, physical instantiation must remain an explicit primitive rather than be hidden in emergent vocabulary. • Refutation preservation: countermodels, null results, failed promotions, and nonidentifiability findings are first-class scientific results. Layer 0: Basement Necessity and Physical Instantiation Layer 0 is now logically prior to every ETP emergence claim. Its primary question is: what, if anything, is minimally necessary for physical instantiation, and what evidence or argument establishes that necessity? Revised Five-Layer Dependency Architecture Layer 0: Basement necessity and physical instantiation. Layer 1: Instantiated event and recoverability structure: support, action, record, exchange, resource, composition, instruments, testers, equivalence, and complete carriers. Layer 2: Local Relational Time: record order, clock adequacy, comparison, calibration, recurrence, synchronization, uncertainty, and drift. Layer 3: Local Relational Geometry: restricted G1R, Pre-G2 bridge audits, conditional metric and topology, refinement, persistence, and representation invariance. Layer 4: Higher physical reconstruction: continuum geometry, Lorentzian signature, causal structure, curvature, matter coupling, gravitational limits, and empirical tests. Preservation of G1 and Pre-G2 Progress The synchronized Local Relational Geometry record preserves restricted G1R and Pre-G2.1P through Pre-G2.1V. Restricted G1R is conditionally closed in its declared finite operational domains; unrestricted G1 and intrinsic G2 remain blocked. The preserved results include package-sufficiency and escape countermodels, finite coding and calibration limits, complete-witness conditions, route and support nonidentifiability, conditional propagation metrics, explicit interval and branching metric-graph limits, finite topology calculations, robust median and mean bounds under stated assumptions, event-signature component necessity, representational compression, and persistent-topology stability. None establishes physical instantiation, intrinsic support, intrinsic clocks, intrinsic metric, intrinsic topology, Lorentzian geometry, gravity, or laboratory confirmation. Candidate Status of Relational Potentiality Relational potentiality remains the active ETP candidate because it organizes a substantial downstream reconstruction program without assuming a pre-existing spacetime background. Draft 07 does not infer from that usefulness that relational potentiality is the basement of nature. Basement research may retain it, modify it, place it within a plural foundation, subordinate it to another primitive, or replace it. The mature evidence determines the ontology and, eventually, the final theory name. Draft 07 Controlling Claim Ceiling • Established: extensive formal and conditional physical reconstruction results within declared domains. • Conditionally established: non-null provenance requirements under explicit null-preserving operation and ancestry hypotheses. • Not established: an unconditional theorem of basement necessity, a unique minimum basement, or a derivation of physical instantiation from formal non-nullity. • Not established: self-instantiation of relational potentiality. • Not established: intrinsic event support, intrinsic observer boundary, intrinsic clocks, intrinsic geometry, spacetime, Lorentzian signature, curvature, gravity, or laboratory ETP evidence. • Controlling priority: basement necessity and instantiation research precedes reopening the downstream geometry sequence. Primary Research Program After Draft 07 The controlling program is a truth-first Basement Necessity and Instantiation investigation. Its success criterion is not support for ETP. Success is a justified determination of what is necessary, sufficient, physically interpretable, empirically admissible, underdetermined, plural, primitive, or impossible. Pre-G2.1W remains a preserved downstream technical gate and is not the primary route to the instantiation question. References [1] D. N. Page and W. K. Draft 04 Integration Checklist Draft 04 Current-Pillar Synchronization Addendum SYM-4 sector and commutant architecture: integrated at synthesis level with scope boundaries. SYM-5 output nets, effects, robustness, resources, benchmark families, and compositional closure: synchronized to declared finite-dimensional status. Record reconstruction and record-orbit no-selection: integrated without asserting unique realization. Recovery semantic representation: integrated as strongest known conditional package; universal completeness retained as open. Process-tensor memory: finite-dimensional results integrated; minimality and continuum claims retained as open. Dual-output recovery: channel-specific dimensions and complete-carrier interpretation integrated. Interpretive, objectivity, causal-locality, and geometry pillars: synchronized without promoting interpretation, model execution, or blueprint targets to theorem status. Preservation rule: Draft 03 source content, Draft 04 current-pillar synchronization, tables, theorem statements, references, and historical context were retained except for explicit release-identity, superseded-status, and BNP claim-scope corrections. A separate pre-BNP Draft 04 baseline is preserved. The present Draft 04 is the BNP-audited central synthesis. Appendix B. Basement Provenance Audit and Master Register Overall certification. Draft 04 passes as a BNP-governed conditional reconstruction doctrine. It does not pass as a basement-derived theory of physical instantiation. P1 is declared rather than derived; P5, P6, P7, P8, P10, and P11 retain substantive open obligations. These are not defects to conceal. They are the certified frontier produced by the audit. Master provenance status key BP-D: derived under a BNP-certified theorem or a fully declared conditional physical theorem. BP-C: conditionally inherited from declared physical data. BP-E: empirically supplied or calibrated. BP-I: interpretive or constitutive commitment. BP-R: representation dependent or presentation relative. BP-U: physical provenance unresolved. BP-N: formal result not intended as a direct physical claim. 15. BNP-I5R Target I Closure and Conditional Target II Transition 15.1 Target I Provisional Closure Certificate BNP-I0 through BNP-I4 completed the candidate-neutral basement search, candidate-specific formal-copy tests, actuality-smuggling audits, strongest bridge-repair constructions, empirical-discrimination analysis, and novel-consequence search. No candidate bridge achieved derived-with-scope status. Target I is therefore provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. This disposition is not a proof that physical instantiation is impossible, primitive, permanently unknowable, or absent. It does not select relational potentiality, primitive ontology, plural foundations, non-well-founded ground, or no-basement. 15.2 Mandatory Reopening Criteria Target I must be reopened when a registered BNP-I4 evidentiary trigger is satisfied. The trigger must supply an executable argument or discriminating consequence rather than a renamed actuality premise. A non-synonymous bridge theorem that uniquely fixes physical instantiation. A candidate-specific novel prediction that differs from a declared rival under controlled auxiliaries. A complete new physical framework with ontology, dynamics, physical equivalence, carrier, measurement semantics, and falsifiers. A counterexample to the paired-expansion obstruction in an independently motivated admissible class. Empirical nonequivalence between basement rivals. A complete-carrier theorem or a principled-unresolvability metatheorem. A genuine no-basement result. A Target II mechanism that constrains Target I without downstream bootstrapping. Independent replication or adversarial refutation of a controlling BNP result. 15.3 Conditional Target II Handoff Target II is now the active scientific frontier, conditional on an explicitly admitted physical starting datum. Its question is whether definite instantiated events follow without importing an actuality selector. Every Target II result must preserve the Target I, II, and III firewall. Declare the status and provenance of the physical starting datum. Declare physical equivalence, nullity anchor, complete carrier, operations, instruments, probabilities, boundaries, environments, records, and discarded outputs. Inventory collapse, branch, event, sampling, conditioning, intervention, or selection rules that may already assume occurrence. Separate Born-rule or probability agreement from single-event actualization. Prevent later records, observers, or consensus from retroactively supplying event actuality. Report unresolved status if no noncircular selector survives. 15.4 Conditional Downstream Authorization Target III reconstruction may continue under explicit inherited-physical-premise labels. Existing results on symmetry, records, recoverability, time, propagation, geometry, objectivity, and thermodynamic direction retain their declared scoped validity. None is promoted into a derivation of first instantiation or definite-event generation. 15.5 Controlling Claim Ceiling Draft 08 preserves Draft 07 and all valid predecessor mathematics. It changes the program status by replacing unrestricted Target I search with provisional unresolved closure plus mandatory reopening rules and by authorizing the conditional Target II handoff. Relational potentiality remains a live ETP candidate and organizing hypothesis, not a protected conclusion. Target I: provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. Target II: open and conditionally active. Target III: substantial scoped results; conditional continuation authorized. ETP remains the active research-program name; TRR remains a viable candidate name only. 16. BNP-TII5R Target II Closure and Target III Handoff BNP-TII5R Target II release Target II provisionally closed as partitioned, unresolved for universal dynamical generation, and reopenable. Partitioned event targets The release distinguishes operational registered outcomes, constitutive or primitive physical events, dynamically generated unique event tokens, branch-relative or relational definiteness, criterion-relative macroscopic definiteness, and unique ontology selection. Only universal dynamical generation and unique empirical selection remain unresolved at the controlling claim ceiling. Target III authorization Target III may reconstruct records, ordering, clocks, time, locality, geometry, objectivity, and thermodynamic direction only from explicitly admitted physical events and records. No successful downstream reconstruction may be used to retroactively derive the occurrence, ontology, or provenance of those inputs. Mandatory reopening Target II must reopen upon a qualifying non-synonymous derivation, counterexample to a controlling formal-copy result, complete candidate package, rival-specific prediction, ontology-specific empirical nonequivalence, principled no-go theorem, Target III back-constraint, or independent adversarial refutation. Nonclaims This release does not prove that unique event generation is impossible, permanently unknowable, absent, or primitive by necessity. It does not select objective collapse, Bohmian, Everettian, operational, relational, histories, boundary, global-constraint, primitive-event, or anti-realist architectures. 17. BNP-TIII5R Order-Layer Closure, Clock-Input Certification, and Metric-Time Handoff Release authority. This checksum-distinct successor integrates BNP-TIII5R without modifying the predecessor binary. The release preserves truth-first claim ceilings, the three-target firewall, complete-carrier discipline, selected-output discipline, and the distinction between informational order and metric duration. 17.1 Order-layer closure release The Target III informational-order layer is provisionally closed within declared record-channel, carrier, access, equivalence, recovery, perturbation, and witness scopes. Exact eligible reachability defines a preorder only with identity and composition closure. Mutual reachability yields a quotient partial order only after well-defined physical descent. Approximate mutual recoverability need not be transitive, and path-sensitive recovery structure retains distinctions erased by endpoint order. 17.2 Nonconflation boundary Informational order is not causal order. Record succession is not metric duration. Path length, edge count, persistence decay, entropy change, Fisher length, or a symbol t is not elapsed duration by designation. Clock reconstruction does not resolve Target I or Target II. 17.3 Clock-input certificate Metric-time research is authorized only after the candidate declares a physically generated parameterized family, accessible reading instrument, identifiability, independent calibration, stability, metrological bound, recurrence treatment, comparison protocol, complete resource provenance, and a claim ceiling separating parameter estimation, clock time, metric duration, proper time, and fundamental time. 17.4 Metric-time handoff The next research question is whether a fully declared clock candidate supports calibrated local metric duration without importing duration through notation, dynamics, calibration, or comparison assumptions. A candidate may return PASS, RESTRICTED, NULL, or UNDETERMINED. Metric duration and fundamental time remain unestablished at this release. 17.5 Control status BNP-TIII9R CONTROLLED BINARY RELEASE Metric-Time Closure, Manuscript Synchronization, Authority Promotion, and Target III Locality Entry Release authority This checksum-distinct successor integrates BNP-TIII6 through BNP-TIII9 from the exact attached BNP-TIII5R predecessor binary. The predecessor remains unchanged and frozen. The release preserves the truth-first constitution, three-target firewall, complete-carrier discipline, selected-output discipline, typed nullity, proof-import restrictions, and the separation of informational order, operational duration, synchronization, global-time representation, locality, geometry, and fundamental ontology. Metric-time layer disposition The metric-time layer is provisionally closed and reopenable within its declared operational scopes. A clock is a complete K01-K10 physical-estimation-calibration package. Accessible Fisher information is a task-relative sensitivity and precision quantity, not duration by identity. Local metric duration is conditionally constituted only on identifiable, independently calibrated, stable clock domains with declared uncertainty and recurrence treatment. Cross-clock synchronization requires experiment-wide comparison kernels or channels together with composition, inverse, overlap, noise, drift, access, gauge, and loop-consistency audits. Duration atlas, gauge, and global-time boundary A path-independent parallel duration atlas is licensed only on a compatible connected component with identity holonomy under the declared domains and tolerances. Identity holonomy supports existence, not uniqueness: a positive-affine global scale and origin freedom remains unless additional physical or conventional data fix it. Disconnected components retain independent freedoms. Partial overlaps, noisy kernels, and protocol choices can produce extension, statistical, or conventional nonuniqueness. Nonidentity holonomy is stronger because it obstructs one path-independent global parallel calibration. Controlling claim audit Target III locality entry certificate Locality research is authorized only from explicitly admitted physical events, records, carriers, propagation or influence relations, support or net structures, operational norms, complete carriers and complements, and the closed metric-time claim package. The locality program must not assume spatial coordinates, background topology, graph adjacency as physical locality by definition, tensor-factor adjacency as neighborhood, finite propagation as causal locality without interpretation, or clock holonomy as geometric curvature without an independent bridge. Three-target firewall and reopening Target I remains provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. Target II remains provisionally closed as partitioned, unresolved for universal dynamical generation, and reopenable. No qualifying reopening trigger was established by BNP-TIII6 through BNP-TIII9. Target III may use admitted event and record inputs but may not retroactively derive their occurrence, ontology, or provenance. Release status This file is the controlling cumulative synthesis successor for BNP-TIII9R. It supersedes Draft-10 only within the central-synthesis manuscript family. The Layer 2 technical authority remains the separately released LRT Successor-14. Controlling next gate BNP-TIII10: Locality-Candidate Constitution, Influence-versus-Adjacency Separation, Operational Neighborhood Reconstruction, and Topology-Smuggling Audit. BNP-TIII12R CONTROLLED BINARY RELEASE Locality-Layer Closure Release, Binary Manuscript Synchronization, Authority Promotion, and Target-III Geometry Entry Certificate Release authority This checksum-distinct successor integrates BNP-TIII10 through BNP-TIII12 from the exact attached BNP-TIII9R predecessor binary. The predecessor remains unchanged and frozen. The release preserves the truth-first constitution, three-target firewall, complete-carrier discipline, typed nullity, selected-output discipline, proof-import restrictions, and the separation of operational influence, neighborhood structure, topology, metric locality, causal locality, geometry, spacetime locality, and basement ontology. Locality-layer disposition The Target III locality layer is provisionally closed as partitioned and reopenable. Operational influence and operational neighborhoods are conditionally constituted in declared task, carrier, witness, intervention, threshold, horizon, norm, tolerance, and robustness scopes. A directed neighborhood filtration is derived with scope. The operational-topology entry contract is constituted. Direct adjacency, a unique physical topology, metric locality, causal locality, Lorentzian locality, spacetime locality, and gravitational geometry remain unresolved or open. Controlling locality distinctions Influence is not adjacency. End-to-end response can be mediated, proxied, confounded, or path-composed. Adjacency is not topology. A neighborhood family enters topology only after the required filter, intersection, refinement, descent, robustness, and interpretation conditions are established. Topology is not metric geometry. Open-set structure does not determine distance, signature, curvature, or dynamics. A finite propagation envelope is not a relativistic light cone, and a Lieb-Robinson velocity is not a universal invariant speed. A downstream locality or geometry result cannot retroactively derive the admitted events, carriers, clocks, supports, dynamics, graphs, metrics, or physical bridge on which the result depends. Operational-topology entry contract Target-III geometry entry certificate Geometry research may proceed only as a restricted Target III reconstruction from the certified locality package and explicitly admitted physical inputs. Entry authorizes investigation, not a metric, Lorentzian signature, dimension, curvature, geodesic, Einstein equation, or spacetime theorem. Declare the base set or algebraic carrier, its physical provenance, complete complement, boundaries, references, controls, correlations, and discarded outputs. Declare operational and geometric equivalence separately and prove quotient descent for every proposed invariant. Treat topology, metric, dimension, signature, connection, curvature, causal order, and dynamics as separate reconstruction targets. Identify which structure is derived, inherited, calibrated, conventional, representation-relative, restricted-null, underdetermined, or open. Preserve nonuniqueness: operationally equivalent neighborhood data may admit multiple latent graphs, topologies, metrics, or embeddings. Register falsifiers and reopening triggers before any promotion to stronger geometry or spacetime claims. Release status This file is the controlling cumulative synthesis successor for BNP-TIII12R. It supersedes Draft-11 only within the central-synthesis manuscript family. Layer 2 remains controlled by LRT Version 57 Successor-14 without scientific amendment. The topology-controlled causal-bounds successor controls its bounded propagation-diagnostic family. Target I and Target II are not reopened. ETP-CPR Batch 1 Release Control Successor role Controlling cumulative synthesis for the admitted-actuality conditional reconstruction architecture. Scientific preservation All preexisting theorems, proofs, countermodels, calculations, figures, tables, citations, appendices, and historical stage records retain their prior scope unless this successor explicitly narrows a statement. The constitutional synchronization changes the governing starting point and claim architecture. It does not silently enlarge any theorem, erase any negative result, or convert a supplied physical input into a derived output. Authority and historical integrity This checksum-distinct successor is derived from the named SYNTH1 predecessor. The predecessor remains immutable historical evidence. Duplicate copies do not create additional authorities. Promotion is effective only through the checksum-controlled Batch 1 authority register and release manifest. Controlling next project gate ETP-CPR2: Corpus Claim-Dependency Audit, Legacy-Doctrine Conflict Classification, Terminology Normalization, and Successor Edit Specification. BNP-TIII15R Geometry-Layer Provisional Disposition Constitutional status Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived, and ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. The BNP-TIII13 through BNP-TIII15 geometry program is a conditional Target III reconstruction. It establishes no Target I or Target II reopening trigger and provides no retroactive justification of admitted events, carriers, records, clocks, locality, calibrations, or witnesses. Geometry-layer result The geometry layer is provisionally disposed as plural, task-indexed, representation-controlled, calibration-relative, and empirically underdetermined. Some declared packages support metrics, pseudometrics, quasi-metrics, extended metrics, ultrametrics, statistical or quantum-state metrics, network metrics, local semidefinite forms, and nonmetric operational costs. No unique intrinsic physical metric, dimension, signature, connection, curvature, spacetime, Einstein dynamics, or gravity has been established. Formal controls A pseudometric descends canonically to a metric on its zero-distance quotient, but this formal theorem does not identify zero pseudodistance with complete physical equivalence. Arbitrary equivalence does not guarantee representative-independent metric descent. Topology does not determine a unique metric. Rankings do not identify numerical distance. Positive rescaling leaves absolute scale unidentified unless an independently justified standard and transport law are supplied. Operational selection and empirical ceiling Total variation and trace distance may be selected for their declared classical and quantum discrimination tasks. Graph, Fisher, Bures, diffusion, resistance, transport, and influence geometries remain conditional on their typed tasks and starting packages. Task selection is not ontology selection. Current evidence does not provide a rival-complete empirical discriminator or an ETP-specific measured geometry dataset. Higher-geometry handoff Further work may investigate dimension, signature, connection, curvature, continuum structure, and gravity only after declaring the inherited geometry class, physical equivalence, complete carrier, calibration, scale behavior, witnesses, rivals, falsifiers, and empirical interface. Lorentzian terminology, causal-cone notation, smooth charts, Dirac or Laplace operators, and continuum assumptions may not be counted as reconstructed outputs when supplied as inputs. BNP-TIII18R Higher-Geometry Provisional Closure Release Constitutional status Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. BNP-TIII16 through BNP-TIII18 are conditional Target III audits. Their downstream results provide no retroactive justification of admitted events, carriers, records, clocks, locality, calibration, measure, witnesses, or physical equivalence, and they satisfy no Target I or Target II reopening trigger. Higher-geometry disposition The higher-geometry layer is provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. Restricted smooth probabilistic reconstruction theorems provide conditional order-and-measure routes within their declared spacetime, chronology, sampling, regularity, normalization, and identifiability classes. The current ETP input package does not independently establish those premises as physical outputs. Dimension, signature, null structure, and continuum Dimension estimators remain indexed to their metric, graph, measure, operator, partition, embedding, sampling law, boundary, finite-size regime, and scale. Agreement among estimators does not establish intrinsic dimension when assumptions are shared. No complete signature-witness family, sharp physical null front, unique continuum discriminator, or ETP-specific measured higher-geometry dataset has been established. Controlling claim ceiling No unique physical dimension, volume measure, Lorentzian signature, null structure, continuum spacetime, connection, curvature, geodesic law, Einstein dynamics, stress-energy coupling, or gravity is established. This is a substantive scoped negative and underdetermination result, not a theorem that such structures do not exist or cannot be reconstructed from richer evidence. Reopening rules Higher geometry must reopen upon independently measured order-and-measure data, a completed order-to-chronology bridge, calibrated physical volume, assumption-diverse dimension consensus with held-out rival discrimination, a complete physical null-front or signature witness, complete physical-equivalence descent, a unique continuum discriminator, or another nonbootstrapping empirical bridge. Spacetime-dynamics handoff Spacetime-dynamics research is authorized only as a new conditional candidate program. Connection, curvature, transport, holonomy, geodesics, tidal observables, field equations, matter coupling, weak-field behavior, and gravitational limits remain separate targets. No manifold, metric, Lorentzian signature, Levi-Civita connection, curvature tensor, Einstein equation, stress-energy tensor, equivalence principle, or Newtonian limit may be inserted and then counted as reconstructed. Controlling next gate BNP-TIII19: Connection-and-Curvature Candidate Constitution, Geodesic-versus-Optimal-Path Separation, Observable-Tidal Witness Audit, and Gravity-Smuggling Falsification. BNP-TIII22R Spacetime-Dynamics Provisional Closure Release Constitutional status Physical actuality remains admitted, not derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. BNP-TIII19 through BNP-TIII22 are conditional Target III audits. No result in connection, curvature, geodesics, tidal response, equivalence principles, matter coupling, field equations, weak-field behavior, radiation, or stress-energy provenance may retroactively establish the actuality, ontology, or provenance of admitted inputs. No Target I or Target II reopening trigger is satisfied. Spacetime-dynamics disposition The spacetime-dynamics sequence is provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. No unique physical connection, physical curvature tensor, certified equivalence principle, intervention-established matter-geometry coupling, preferred field equation, executable ETP weak-field limit, executable ETP radiative sector, physically closed stress-energy source, Einstein dynamics, or gravity has been established. This is a scoped negative and underdetermination result, not a universal impossibility theorem. Connection, curvature, and trajectory result Levi-Civita uniqueness remains conditional on a supplied smooth nondegenerate metric geometry, metric compatibility, and zero torsion. Metric-affine, teleparallel, symmetric-teleparallel, gauge, discrete, statistical, and comparison transports remain distinct candidates or task structures. Metric geodesics, affine autoparallels, shortest paths, least-cost paths, least-action trajectories, fastest routes, and physically prepared free fall are not interchangeable without additional theorems. Tidal, equivalence-principle, and coupling result No complete observable tidal witness has closed force, medium, gauge, control, calibration, carrier, and rival-model loopholes. Weak, Einstein, strong, effective, metric-affine, and emergent equivalence-principle claims remain distinct. Correlation, state-dependent definition, or shared response does not establish matter-to-geometry sourcing. Intervention certification, negative controls, complete carriers, directional timing, conservation, mechanism-specific rivals, and held-out predictions remain absent. Field-equation and source result Bianchi identities and conservation relations are conditional compatibility structures after geometry, connection, action, matter fields, source semantics, and equations are supplied. They do not uniquely select Einstein dynamics. Einstein, higher-curvature, scalar-tensor, teleparallel, symmetric-teleparallel, metric-affine, semiclassical, information-response, discrete-update, and phenomenological equations remain unselected. Writing a stress-energy tensor does not close the provenance of matter carriers, action or dynamics, operational energy, momentum, stress, quantum renormalization, vacuum terms, boundary flux, or source uniqueness. Empirical discriminator and reopening constitution Reopening is mandatory upon an executable ETP gravity model; independently defined matter and geometry observables; intervention-certified coupling; closed stress-energy provenance; quantitative weak-field, radiative, polarization, speed, dispersion, damping, flux, or strong-field predictions; cross-regime held-out discrimination against serious rivals; an ETP-specific measured dataset; complete conservation and boundary accounting; or another registered nonbootstrapping empirical bridge. Target III disposition handoff The completed Target III program is preserved as a layered conditional-reconstruction record with provisional closures, scoped exact and conditional results, countermodels, restricted-null findings, and mandatory reopening triggers. No completed downstream audit converts Target III into a derivation of first physical instantiation or universal definite-event generation. The next program action must be selected from unresolved obligations and evidentiary triggers rather than from a presumption that spacetime or gravity has emerged. Release-control rule Any later authority change requires an exact predecessor, checksum-distinct successor, revision manifest, claim and dependency regression, complete render review, structural and accessibility audit, predecessor preservation, and an updated authority register. Recency, renaming, duplication, or storage location does not create authority. It preserves predecessor binaries as immutable evidence and installs only bounded claims supported by the controlling research record. Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. Nature, not preservation of ETP, remains the authority. Publication-boundary disposition Cross-layer nonretroactivity No downstream result concerning events, records, observers, recoverability, order, clocks, duration, locality, topology, geometry, objectivity, thermodynamic direction, spacetime, gravity, or empirical adequacy may be used retroactively to derive, justify, or uniquely select the actuality, ontology, or ultimate provenance of admitted inputs. Publication freeze controls All predecessor binaries, ledgers, stage packages, scripts, data, figures, tables, manifests, checksums, corrections, negative controls, and backups remain preserved. No positive empirical ETP claim is authorized. Simulation, analytic calculation, model execution, and experiment remain distinct evidence classes. No Target I, Target II, geometry, gravity, EOB, or hardware reopening occurs without a registered evidentiary trigger and a complete carrier, equivalence, witness, rival, falsifier, provenance, and claim-ceiling package. The post-freeze constructive research route is nonfinite and device-independent record/recovery completeness, subject to a separate preregistration gate. Authority decision This Draft 17 successor is the controlling cumulative synthesis at the POST-BNP1 publication boundary. Draft 16 is superseded only within the synthesis family and remains immutable historical evidence. Technical theorem, execution, and artifact authority remains with the corresponding controlling manuscript, ledger, and certified stage package. POST-BNP2R Post-Recovery Corpus Synchronization Recovery-Theorem and Obstruction Integration | Publication-Release Freeze Release authority and exact scope This checksum-distinct successor integrates the bounded POST-BNP-R1 through POST-BNP-R6R recovery program and the POST-BNP2 route decision into the cumulative synthesis. It preserves the attached Draft 17 binary as immutable predecessor evidence. Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived; ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable; and no downstream recovery result retroactively grounds admitted carriers, events, operations, or physical actuality. Process-sensitive recovery constitution The strongest current recovery-semantic candidate is the typed pair I_rec^proc = (I_content, G_rec^proc). G_rec^proc includes the declared process scope, supported domains, interventions, multitime structure, exact and approximate recovery maps, error topology, composition, memory, complete environment, retained and discarded outputs, boundaries, references, implementation resources, future influence, and physical equivalence. The pair is retained as the strongest current candidate, not as a universal completeness theorem. Exact finite and adversarial findings preserved • No fixed finite tester horizon is complete for unrestricted infinite processes; the distinguishing behavior can occur at the next slot. • A tester family that fails to span the declared process subspace can conceal nonzero process differences, including physically admissible finite classical pairs. • The six-effect Pauli POVM is positive, normalized, and informationally complete for a qubit output state. • Twenty-four physical qubit measure-and-prepare CP trace-nonincreasing maps span the audited single-slot Hermitian superoperator space; their product family was certified through three intervention slots. • Tail-event probabilities accumulate under arbitrary correlations by the declared union bound, but coherent tails defeat a general linear tail-probability-to-distance promotion. • A square-root-order tail-distance bridge is retained only for the declared state-output projection model. Restricted nonfinite obstruction certificate Program disposition and handoff The restricted nonfinite recovery branch is provisionally closed as obstructed, unresolved, and reopenable. Closure records a warranted stopping point and does not prove permanent impossibility. No irreducible third recovery-semantic axis has been established, but failure to find one is not an exhaustion theorem. POST-BNP2 selected operational-boundary constitution and derivation audit as the next constructive program after this release. The next program must derive or refute an operational boundary from complete carrier, intervention, record, recovery, control, and resource structure without inserting a factorization, graph, adjacency, topology, metric, causal order, observer cut, or apparatus split. Publication-release freeze • Target I and Target II remain unreopened. • Target III remains globally closed as a conditional-reconstruction audit program; subordinate results retain their exact scopes. • Geometry, spacetime dynamics, and gravity remain unresolved and reopenable only under registered triggers. • The tested EOB candidate family remains closed negative and hardware remains no-go. • No positive empirical ETP claim is authorized. • All R1-R6R ledgers, scripts, data, counterexamples, manifests, checksums, and release packages remain controlling evidence for their technical claims. Authority decision and next gate This Draft 18 successor is the controlling cumulative synthesis at the POST-BNP2R publication-release boundary. Draft 17 is superseded only within the synthesis family and remains immutable historical evidence. Detailed theorem and execution authority remains with the complete POST-BNP-R1 through POST-BNP-R6R stage packages and the cumulative BNP master ledger. Controlling next constructive gate: POST-BNP-B0: Operational-Boundary Program Constitution, Complete-Carrier Cut Audit, Intervention-Relative Boundary Candidate Inventory, and Boundary-Smuggling Falsification. OIRP Core Program Conditional Closure and Successor-Research Constitution Program disposition. The core Observer-Invariant Reconstruction Program (OIRP) is conditionally closed as a restricted truth-first constitution for conditional reconstruction, not as a substrate theory. Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived; ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable; downstream structures may not retroactively justify their inputs; no universal ontological core, physical-instantiation bridge, definite-event selector, or positive empirical ETP claim is authorized. Cross-gate result. The completed OIRP sequence retains scoped operational structures while rejecting unqualified primitive identifications: memory is not primitive storage; learning is not primitive optimization; agency is not primitive goal or intention; observer structure is not a primitive subject; objecthood is not a primitive thing; and cross-layer recurrence does not establish one unique universal invariant core. Integration result. The audited justificatory dependency stack is acyclic at the declared constitutional level. This does not establish one microscopic physical model realizing every layer, universal witness completeness, universal composition closure, physical implementation, definite-event generation, or ultimate provenance. Authority effect. All preexisting theorem statements, proofs, calculations, figures, tables, citations, evidence classes, and claim ceilings retain their certified scopes. This addendum changes the controlling program disposition and future-work architecture without enlarging those results. Final OIRP Constitutional Kernel K1. Admitted actuality. Physical actuality, events, and carriers are admitted for reconstruction and are not derived from downstream success. K2. Typed target and scope. Every claim states its target, domain, task, regime, and exact or approximate status. K3. Complete carrier and boundary. Retained and discarded systems, environments, branches, controls, references, resources, boundaries, correlations, and relevant continuations are declared. K4. Witness and access. Measurements, testers, readouts, access limits, and witness-completeness status are explicit. K5. Equivalence before identity. Operational, representational, gauge, and physical equivalence are typed before nullity, identity, objectivity, or invariance is promoted. K6. Transformations, composition, and history. Operations, ordering, interfaces, feedback, composition laws, and relevant histories are declared; constituent certification does not certify the composite. K7. Criteria and uncertainty. Metrics, tolerances, calibration, uncertainty, error propagation, and resource bounds are explicit. K8. Provenance, rivals, falsifiers, and ceilings. Inputs, serious alternatives, falsifiers, evidence class, reopening triggers, claim ceilings, and nonretroactivity are preserved. K9. Plural and null admissibility. Empty, null, quotient-valued, plural, nonunique, Pareto, restricted, and underdetermined outcomes remain legitimate. Restricted Successor Programs S1. Nonfinite and device-independent recoverability and witness completeness. S2. Physical composition, operational-boundary, complete-carrier, and composite-certification closure. S3. Physical implementation, measured datasets, and empirical rival discrimination. S4. Separate provenance and definite-event research, activated only by independent qualifying evidence. Registered Reopening Triggers Independent physical bridge for actuality provenance. Noncircular definite-event selector with physical provenance and empirical discrimination. Witness-completeness theorem or counterexample. New carrier, environment, branch, reference, control, or continuation that changes a prior quotient. Composition theorem or constituent/composite failure. New witness revising a prior physical-equivalence classification. Approximation failure, accumulated-error violation, or stronger closing bound. Measured implementation that discriminates rival frameworks. Detailed theorem contradiction. Artifact-integrity failure, including hash mismatch, missing predecessor, or nonreproducible execution. Publication-Facing OIRP Findings Memory survives only as typed retention, history, recovery, carrier, access, and task structure. Learning survives only as typed update, evaluation, representation, environment, history, comparator, and resource structure. Agency survives only as typed control, policy, intervention, feedback, counterfactual, boundary, and task structure. Observer structure survives only as typed access, reference, readout, memory, comparison, indexical, carrier, and scope structure. Objecthood survives only as typed carrier, kind, boundary, process, history, composition, individuation, persistence, witness, and equivalence structure. Cross-layer commonality survives only as a restricted target-, map-, carrier-, access-, composition-, history-, criterion-, equivalence-, provenance-, falsifier-, and minimality-preorder-relative reconstruction obligation. OIRP-S2 Status Correction and CP3S-R Exact-Binary Synchronization Authority and scope This checksum-distinct successor synchronizes the manuscript with the corrected OIRP-S2.CP3S-R release. It preserves every prior theorem, proof, countermodel, calculation, figure, table, citation, and claim ceiling except where this addendum explicitly narrows OIRP-S2 status or the Pauli-channel composition description. The core OIRP constitutional program remains conditionally closed in its constitutional role. The restricted OIRP-S2 physical-composition, boundary, and complete-carrier successor branch remains open. The preliminary CP3 claim of conditional OIRP-S2 closure is withdrawn. CP3S closed only as a corrective continuation gate, and CP3S-R corrects the Pauli-channel execution defect without closing OIRP-S2. Corrected Pauli-channel result The original CP3S Pauli-channel loop accumulated channel powers across displayed depths. Rows labeled 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 therefore represented cumulative depths 1, 3, 8, 18, and 38, while the comparison bound used the displayed depth. The original raw CSV, summary, and transcript correctly recorded failures; the original gate-report and ledger statement that all rows passed was false and is superseded. In CP3S-R, the channel is reset to identity for every displayed depth. All 20 corrected rows satisfy the declared bound for the normalized Choi-state trace distance in the declared qubit depolarizing Pauli-channel family. For total nonidentity Pauli probability epsilon, the corrected analytic expression is D_Choi(n) = (3/4)[1 - (1 - 4 epsilon/3)^n] <= n epsilon for the executed range. Metric and claim ceiling The executed quantity is the normalized Choi-state trace distance for the declared Pauli-channel family. It is not reported as a general diamond distance. No general diamond-norm, energy-constrained diamond-norm, arbitrary CPTP, quantum-comb, superchannel, adaptive, feedback, correlated, non-Markovian, or nonfinite composition result is established. Quotient, refinement, and empirical status CP3S retains only its declared restricted results: one exact congruence-based representative-independent quotient example, one noncongruence countermodel, finite node-split and hidden-node carrier refinements, gauge-center bookkeeping comparisons, a smooth numerical regulator-convergence control, and literature-grounded empirical-discrimination routes without a new measured dataset. These do not establish universal physical composition, physical gauge-center gluing, continuum physical refinement, or rival-complete empirical selection. Binary synchronization decision This manuscript is now synchronized to the CP3S-R continuation status. Any earlier wording that could be read as final OIRP-S2 closure is superseded by this addendum. OIRP-S2 remains open pending general comb and superchannel composition, justified operational norms including energy-constrained nonfinite bounds where invoked, physical gauge-center and continuum refinement, empirical discriminator preregistration and execution, and final corpus-wide authority certification. Scientific cutoff: verified record through HHLWBUILD2F Level 5. HHLW Level 6 excluded because no completed raw result was available. Authority and scope This checksum-distinct manuscript successor is synchronized through OIRP-S2.MS1 using the verified OIRP-S2 record available on September 18, 2026. The core OIRP program remains conditionally closed only as a truth-first constitution for conditional reconstruction. OIRP-S2 remains open. Physical actuality is admitted rather than derived, ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable, and no downstream reconstruction may retroactively justify its admitted physical inputs. OIRP-S2 composition update The current successor program separates constituent certification from composite certification. Channel, instrument, process, comb, superchannel, adaptive-network, controller-inclusive, and memory-bearing claims require their own complete carriers, interfaces, histories, witnesses, equivalence relations, metrics, tolerances, and composition laws. Equality or recoverability under restricted access does not establish complete physical equivalence, and a finite-dimensional computation does not establish physical realization or a nonfinite theorem. Current CP4.1 numerical and theorem status CP4.1 has established a restricted finite-dimensional CPTP telescoping theorem for compatible channel sequences, genuine diamond-norm semidefinite-program executions on declared finite-dimensional cases, noncommuting-channel tests, dimension-changing examples, and an ancilla-advantage benchmark. These results do not establish a universal physical composition law, arbitrary process composition, unrestricted adaptive equivalence, nonfinite closure, or OIRP-S2 closure. HHLWBUILD2F status firewall The patched repository hierarchy record is L1 = 0.9268200938227155, L2 = 0.9998804689772093, L3 = 1.0000370777829688, L4 = 1.00015286168964, and L5 = 1.0000000197695689. Values slightly above one are treated only as solver-tolerance-compatible with probability one, not as literal probabilities. Level 6 was not available for this synchronization. Formal patch correctness, formal convergence, exact probability one, equality with the strict-classical optimum, equality with the Definition-23 factor-affine hierarchy, CP4.1 closure, and CP4.2 entry are not established. External relationship and prohibited inference The external constrained-separability literature formulates limited-memory and classically adaptive channel discrimination using separable variables with additional affine constraints and discusses PPT and constrained symmetric-extension outer approximations. That framework supports keeping the repository patched hierarchy distinct from the full factor-affine constrained hierarchy unless an explicit equivalence and implementation audit is completed. No external source is used here to replace proof, raw execution, or authority-grade numerical certification. Evidence and release classification This addendum is a manuscript-synchronization action. It changes cross-program status language and interfaces but does not alter previously proved theorem statements, raw calculations, figures, datasets, or experimental status except where this addendum explicitly narrows a claim. No physical-device experiment, definite-event selector, substrate ontology, universal witness completeness, or ultimate-provenance result is claimed. Integrated synthesis decision The current architecture is not one microscopic model realizing every layer. It is a typed dependency and audit architecture. OIRP contributes a restricted constitutional kernel; OIRP-S1 retains nonfinite and device-independent completeness obligations; OIRP-S2 tests composition, interfaces, feedback, boundaries, complete carriers, quotient descent, refinement stability, and physical promotion. CP4.1 remains an open research branch rather than a completed synthesis theorem. Current controlling branch The controlling scientific branch remains OIRP-S2.CP4.1. The HHLWBUILD2F-HHLWL6 execution is concurrent and unresolved. Manuscript synchronization does not close the numerical gate. OIRP-S2 CP4.1-CP4.3 Restricted Closure and Composite-Certification Synchronization This checksum-distinct successor synchronizes this manuscript with the completed restricted scientific closures of OIRP-S2.CP4.1, OIRP-S2.CP4.2, and OIRP-S2.CP4.3. The synchronization preserves every pre-existing theorem, countermodel, calculation, figure, table, citation, and claim ceiling unless this addendum expressly states otherwise. OIRP-S2 remains open. These closures do not establish physical realization, laboratory confirmation, empirical confirmation, indefinite-causal-order closure, a universal process-matrix composition law, a universal operational-memory formula, definite-event generation, substrate ontology, or ultimate physical provenance. Physical actuality, events, carriers, interactions, records, instruments, calibrations, and empirical inputs remain admitted rather than derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. No downstream result may retroactively justify an admitted input. Restricted closure status • CP4.1 is closed at a restricted channel-level and HHLW claim ceiling. The exact strict-classical optimum, complete arbitrary-history factor-affine hierarchy, physical realization, and empirical confirmation remain excluded. • CP4.2 is closed at a restricted instrument, comb, superchannel, adaptive-memory, postselection, tomography, identifiability, implementation, and empirical-preregistration ceiling. • CP4.3 is closed at a restricted operational-quotient, extension, tensor-descent, operational-memory, fixed-context composite-certification, and general-process no-go ceiling. Composite-certification firewall Certified constituents do not automatically certify a composite. Composite use requires matching typed interfaces, complete carriers, causal order, controllers, interleavings, memory and environment access, branch and history treatment, tester class, normalization, success floors, equivalence or gauge, uncertainty model, and implementation class. The restricted fixed-context hybrid theorem does not imply a universal composition rule for arbitrary process matrices or indefinite causal order. Direct operational tensors must be defined on declared operator-system domains or proved extension independent. Operational-memory firewall Operational memory is defined only relative to a fixed realization class by minimizing over all admitted realizations of one operational quotient. Selected ambient-extension Choi rank, selected Stinespring multiplicity, and nonminimal dilation size are not automatically operational-memory invariants. Authority and reopening Detailed theorem, numerical, execution, dataset, figure, and empirical authority remains package specific. This manuscript successor does not replace the certified research packages or the canonical OIRP program ledger. The affected branch reopens if a new carrier, environment, branch, controller, tester, causal architecture, tensor structure, gauge, identifiability result, correction, retraction, counterexample, hardware result, or empirical dataset changes the restricted claim ceiling.
