# Source extract: FA-LRG-01.docx ETP Local Relational Geometry Research Blueprint v6 ETP-CPR BATCH 1 CONSTITUTIONAL SYNCHRONIZATION This successor synchronizes the controlling LRG blueprint to the admitted-actuality constitution. Geometry remains a conditional reconstruction target. Topology, metric, scale, dimension, signature, connection, curvature, spacetime, and gravity remain separate and independently auditable targets. Truth-First Foundational Disposition and Conditional Reconstruction Constitution Research-derived starting point The Basement Necessity Program rigorously investigated whether physical actuality could be derived from or uniquely grounded in a more primitive basement. Within the declared languages, model classes, candidate families, evidence sources, and audit scope, no candidate basement was established as necessary, sufficient, unique, or least, and no physical-instantiation bridge achieved derived-with-scope status. This is a substantive negative result. It is not a proof that no basement exists, that actuality is necessarily primitive, that ultimate provenance is permanently unknowable, that relational potentiality is false, or that every possible richer theory has been exhausted. Authoritative starting point Physical actuality is admitted, not derived, as the minimal factual starting condition of the active theory. This admission records that physical phenomena occur. It does not explain their ultimate provenance, select a preferred ontology, or convert an unresolved foundational question into a derived result. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. Governing question Given an explicitly declared and physically admitted starting package, what additional structures follow, under what assumptions, with what necessity, sufficiency, uniqueness or nonuniqueness, robustness, scope, and empirical consequences? Required model declaration Each model must declare and type the physical events or distinctions, complete carriers, retained and discarded outputs, environments, boundaries, admissible operations, physical-equivalence relations, calibrations, reference systems, resources, probability semantics, access conditions, and witness classes it uses. Each material input must be identified, where applicable, as empirically observed, operationally defined, theoretically inferred, constitutively postulated, model-primitive, calibrated, conventionally selected, representation-relative, previously derived, or unresolved. P.E.N. scope The Paired-Expansion Nondefinability Theorem establishes a scoped model-theoretic boundary. Whenever a declared formal reduct admits two admissible expansions that agree on that reduct but differ in their physical-instantiation assignments, the physical-instantiation predicate is not implicitly definable from that reduct over the declared model class. Where the applicable Beth-definability conditions hold, explicit definability from that reduct also fails. The theorem concerns definability within the specified language and model class. It does not prove universal or permanent inexplicability. Nonretroactivity and claim discipline Admission is not derivation. Formal construction is not physical instantiation. Mathematical uniqueness is not physical necessity. Model sufficiency is not unique necessity. Operational success is not ontology selection. Empirical adequacy is not proof of ultimate provenance. No downstream result concerning events, records, observers, recoverability, order, clocks, duration, locality, topology, geometry, objectivity, thermodynamic direction, spacetime, or gravity may be used retroactively to derive, justify, or uniquely select the actuality, ontology, or ultimate provenance of the admitted inputs. Truth-first outcome rule Countermodels, null results, failed derivations, nonuniqueness, empirical equivalence, underdetermination, restricted scope, revision, replacement, and refutation remain scientifically successful outcomes. Nature, not preservation of ETP, is the authority. G1 and Pre-G2 Synchronized | Truth-First Conditional Reconstruction Program Research successor preserving restricted G1R and Pre-G2.1P through Pre-G2.1V Is Lorentzian geometry the unique, minimal, lossless, representation-invariant encoding of a declared recoverability structure, and under what operational, carrier, equivalence, memory, boundary, and physical-realization assumptions? The program must permit all truth-first outcomes: unique reconstruction, classified gauge freedom, multiple inequivalent geometries, lossy compression, restricted representability, absence of curvature, non-Lorentzian alternatives, underdetermination, no-go results, or failure of physical realization. T-LRG.1 obligation-transfer constitution No S1/S2 obligation is closed by transfer. Intrinsic record support and complete record-channel construction are joint LRT-LRG obligations. Recovery semantics and sequential process validity remain primarily in LRT. Intrinsic operational-boundary derivation is an LRG target subject to an LRT operational-completeness veto. Observer accessibility and reset/reference/resource closure are joint interface problems. Physical implementation requires an external physics bridge. Nonfinite extension requires a dedicated cross-program theorem. Figure T-LRG.1. Routing of the ten unresolved Stage 9 obligations. Transfer does not imply closure. Admissible-input interface contract Admissible controls are complete-carrier discipline, typed physical equivalence, tester-relative distinguishability, and the scoped Stage 9 theorem/countermodel/falsifier record. Candidate record supports, operation algebras, slots, histories, causal order, references, synchronization, controllers, Fisher duration, recoverability metrics, and Lieb-Robinson structures are conditional inputs. An intrinsic observer, record channel, boundary, topology, metric, Lorentzian signature, thermodynamic arrow, Einstein dynamics, or laboratory confirmation is a prohibited inherited conclusion. Mandatory non-circularity firewall S1/S2 re-entry triggers and LRG stop rules Stage 9 artifact-to-LRG crosswalk G0.5 entry audit Entry disposition: CONDITIONAL PASS TO BEGIN G0.5 ONLY. G1 IS BLOCKED until G0.5 declares the full recoverability object, complete carrier, operational and geometric equivalence relations, invariant inventory, candidate generating package, admissible witness family, quantitative pass/fail criteria, provenance, and artifacts. No result obtained in G0.5 may be described as metric emergence unless metric structure is independently reconstructed rather than inserted. T-LRG.2 blueprint governance additions 1. Every phase must update a cumulative LRG master ledger rather than a fragmented append-only record. 2. Every theorem, countermodel, simulation, figure, table, script, output, manifest, and backup must be linked at phase close. 3. Every phase must state whether its result is analytic, exact finite, numerical, conditional, model-executed, restricted-null, underdetermined, open, or refuted. 4. No downstream G4-G8 phase may close while an upstream G1-G3 dependency required by that claim remains open. 5. External literature must be searched truth-first and may position results but may not substitute for an ETP/LRG derivation. 6. Manuscripts and the blueprint must be synchronized at natural phase boundaries to limit research loss. Active next gate G0.5.1 Recoverability-Invariant Inventory and Provenance Audit G0.5.1 must inventory every admitted recoverability invariant, its domain, complete carrier, equivalence relation, operational meaning, mathematical type, known dependencies, provenance status, completeness status, falsifier, and artifact source. It must explicitly distinguish intrinsic structure, supplied structure, representation choice, and candidate geometric encoding. Executive Objective The primary objective is not: "Can ETP define an emergent metric?" Geometry v7 already contains a candidate metric reconstruction framework based on: Fisher-duration structure, recoverable distinction content, recovery geometry, Lieb-Robinson propagation structure, comparison transducers, sector-weighted causal diagnostics. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] The deeper objective becomes: Determine whether emergent Lorentzian geometry is the unique, minimal, lossless representation of recoverability structure. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] Phase G0 Claim Discipline and Success Hierarchy Before any further geometry work: Establish four distinct success levels. G0-A Recovery Representation Recoverability structures can be represented geometrically. Current status: candidate framework exists. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G0-B Metric Emergence Recoverability invariants reconstruct an effective metric. Current status: largely proposed. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G0-C Curvature Emergence Gradients of recovery invariants induce nontrivial connections and curvature. Current status: proposed. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G0-D Gravitational Physics Recover emergent gravitational phenomenology. Current status: open. Phase G0.5 Recoverability Structure Audit Purpose Identify and classify the full recoverability object before testing whether geometry compresses it. This phase prevents the program from attempting a completeness theorem for an incompletely specified domain. G0.5.1 Recoverability-Invariant Inventory Catalog the recoverability structures already established or proposed across the ETP program, including recoverability preorders, recoverable distinction content, recovery geometry, accessible and recoverable algebra hierarchies, sector-resolved recovery structure, process-tensor recoverability, comparison transducers, objectivity and redundancy data, and boundary or interface recovery constraints. Deliverable: a typed inventory identifying each invariant, its domain, equivalence relation, operational meaning, and known dependencies. G0.5.2 Invariant-Type Classification Classify each recoverability invariant as algebraic, order-theoretic, metric, topological, causal, statistical, dynamical, resource-sensitive, memory-bearing, boundary-sensitive, or representation-dependent. Multiple classifications are permitted when justified. Deliverable: a classification matrix separating intrinsic recoverability content from representation choices and candidate geometric encodings. G0.5.3 Minimal Generating Package Determine whether a smallest generating package exists from which the remaining recoverability structure can be reconstructed under declared hypotheses. Candidate generators must be tested for redundancy, hidden moduli, loss of composition data, and failure under observer, sector, memory, or boundary changes. Success criterion: a declared generating package reproduces every audited recoverability invariant within its stated domain. Failure criterion: no domain-stable generating package exists, or distinct recoverability structures remain indistinguishable under the candidate package. G0.5.4 Transition Gate to G1 Proceed to the Recovery Compression Program only after the recoverability object, equivalence relation, invariant inventory, and candidate generating package are explicitly declared. A negative G0.5 result is scientifically admissible and may require geometry to represent only a qualified recoverability subclass. G0.5.5 Theorem Ledger Maintain a running theorem ledger, initiated in Phase G0.5 and carried through every subsequent phase, that records each proposed theorem, its assumptions, its dependencies on prior results, its current proof status, and the phase in which it is expected to close. The ledger is the authoritative record of what has been proposed versus proven and prevents later phases from silently assuming unproven earlier results. G0.5.6 Quantitative Success Criteria Every phase must declare quantitative, testable success criteria before work begins, including explicit pass and fail thresholds for compression completeness, representation invariance, curvature certification, and Lorentzian reconstruction. Qualitative claims are admissible only as motivation; phase closure requires a numerical or otherwise decidable criterion. G0.5.7 Phase Dependency Graph (G1 through G8) Maintain an explicit dependency graph linking Phases G1 through G8 so that the logical prerequisites of each result are visible. Representation completeness (G1) precedes representation-invariant geometry (G2); memory-bearing and Lorentzian structure (G3, G4) precede boundary, sector, and curvature programs (G5, G6, G7); and all of these precede the Einstein-limit program (G8). No phase may claim closure while an upstream dependency remains open. G0.5.8 Reconstruction versus Physics Claim Separation Separate reconstruction-level claims from physics-level claims throughout the program. Reconstruction claims (representation, metric emergence, compression completeness, uniqueness, and minimality) concern whether geometry faithfully encodes recoverability structure. Physics claims (curvature, Lorentzian signature, gravitational phenomenology, and the Einstein limit) concern whether that geometry reproduces gravitational behavior. Success at a reconstruction level never implies success at a physics level, and the ledger must keep the two categories explicitly distinct. Phase G1 Recovery Compression Program Entry condition: Phase G0.5 has declared the recoverability object, equivalence relation, invariant inventory, and candidate minimal generating package. G1 then attempts to falsify compression completeness for that declared package. This becomes the most important phase. Goal Attempt to falsify: as the complete recoverability package. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G1.1 Third-Axis Search Search for: hidden recoverability moduli, additional invariants, non-geometric recovery parameters. Success: No additional recoverability axis identified. Failure: Geometry representation not complete. G1.2 Representation Completeness Audit Test the reconstruction-complete hypothesis. Can: be inverted without loss? [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G1.3 Compression Stability Test whether compression survives: model changes, observer changes, sector changes, benchmark families. G1.4 Compression Uniqueness Prove or refute whether multiple inequivalent recoverability descriptions can map to the same geometry. Success: distinct recoverability descriptions yield distinct geometries, so the compression map is injective on recoverability equivalence classes. Failure: inequivalent recoverability structures collapse onto a single geometry, showing that the geometric representation is many-to-one and therefore lossy. Phase G2 Representation-Invariant Geometry This phase replaces the "observer invariance" program. Goal Determine what geometric quantities survive representation changes. Questions: Does metric structure survive? Does causal structure survive? Does curvature survive? Do synchronization obstructions survive? G2.1 Recoverability Equivalence Classes Construct geometric equivalence classes induced by: equivalence. G2.2 Descent-Invariant Geometry Use the SYM descent machinery to test: Which geometric structures are representation invariant? [ETP_Final_...ft-03.docx | Word], [ETP Synthe...posal.docx | Word] G2.3 Gauge Freedom Audit Classify the geometric freedoms that leave recoverability observables invariant. Distinguish genuine physical degrees of freedom from gauge redundancy so that representation-invariant geometry is not mistaken for additional physical content, and so that later uniqueness claims quotient out only true gauge freedom. Success Criterion Geometry becomes attached to recoverability classes rather than specific observer constructions. Phase G3 Memory-Bearing Geometry Program This is the biggest new Phase introduced by Versions 50B/52. Goal Understand geometry in non-Markovian systems. Geometry v7 explicitly enlarges temporal reconstruction to carrier spaces that contain memory degrees of freedom. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G3.1 Carrier-Metric Analysis Study: and resulting temporal metrics. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G3.2 Memory Distortion of Geometry Investigate: redshift modification, curvature modification, clock distortion, synchronization impact. G3.3 Memory Curvature Determine whether non-Markovian memory itself is geometrically observable. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] Phase G4 Lorentzian Reconstruction Program Only after G1-G3. Goal Demonstrate that operational causal structure naturally yields Lorentzian geometry. G4.1 Null Structure Recover operational: structures from propagation bounds. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [Causal_Bou...1y_V2.docx | Word] G4.2 Timelike / Spacelike Classification Derive interval classes from: Fisher duration, propagation limits. G4.3 Light-Cone Emergence Show causal cones arise naturally from Lieb-Robinson structure. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [Causal_Bou...1y_V2.docx | Word] G4.4 Lorentzian Uniqueness Theorem Demonstrate that Lorentzian structure is uniquely selected among the admissible geometries consistent with the recoverability data. Success: no non-Lorentzian geometry reproduces the operational causal and interval structure, so Lorentzian signature is a consequence rather than a choice. Failure: one or more admissible non-Lorentzian geometries reproduce the same operational data, in which case Lorentzian signature must be justified by additional physical assumptions. Phase G5 Boundary and Interface Geometry This phase is much more important after Version 52. Goal Study geometry as a gluing problem. G5.1 Interface Compatibility Analyze interface constraints. Study: matching structure. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G5.2 Synchronization Obstruction Geometry Question: Can curvature arise from gluing failure? G5.3 Boundary-Charge Geometry Determine whether boundary-charge sectors generate geometric obstructions. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G5.4 Continuum Completion Hypothesis Hypothesis to test: recoverability-preserving gluing may require a continuum completion formulated via Type-III algebraic boundary structures. Research task: determine whether Type-III edge-mode constructions provide a unique, preferred, or unnecessary completion of the P_glue boundary matching structure. Success criterion: recoverability survives subsystem slicing without loss of reconstruction data. Failure criterion: alternative continuum completions perform equally well, so no completion is preferred. Phase G6 Sector-Weighted Geometry Geometry v7 identifies a potentially crucial warning. Goal Determine which geometric observables survive sector averaging. G6.1 Cancellation Trap Audit Study: averaged metrics, sector-weighted metrics, curvature cancellation. The geometry paper argues that naïve averaging can erase genuine local curvature. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [Causal_Bou...1y_V2.docx | Word] G6.2 Physical Curvature Certification Develop sector-weighted curvature diagnostics. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word], [Causal_Bou...1y_V2.docx | Word] Phase G7 Curvature and Geodesic Program G7.1 Connection Reconstruction Derive geometric connections from: Fisher gradients, propagation gradients. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G7.2 Geodesic Reconstruction Test whether free trajectories emerge as: minimum recovery-complexity drift paths. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G7.3 Holonomy Reconstruction Unify: geometric holonomy, comparison holonomy, stochastic transport. [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] G7.4 Observable Predictions Connect curvature measures to operational observables before pursuing Einstein-limit goals. Identify measurable signatures of the reconstructed connections, geodesics, and holonomy so that curvature claims are tied to operational predictions rather than to formal constructions alone. Phase G8 Einstein-Limit Program Still the flagship physics target. G8.0 Matter-Geometry Feedback Program Before any Einstein-limit claim, establish whether local update-density observables modify the effective Lieb-Robinson decay scale (xi_x) and the propagation velocity (v_x). Investigate whether curvature, causal-cone deformation, and hydrodynamic backreaction emerge from this feedback. Only after this feedback is characterized should the program test whether Einstein-like dynamics arise in an appropriate limit. Goal Determine whether ETP reproduces known gravitational behavior. Questions: weak-field limit? Newtonian limit? redshift? lensing analogs? free-fall analogs? None should be assumed. All must be derived. Phase G9 Falsification Program Mandatory. Test models where: F1 Compression completeness fails. F2 Geometry reconstructs but curvature does not. F3 Curvature reconstructs but gravity does not. F4 Different recoverability structures produce the same geometry. F5 Same recoverability structure produces inequivalent geometries. G9.5 Automated Falsification and Certification Suite Convert the falsification targets into reproducible unit tests so that every claim can be re-checked automatically. F1: compression completeness failure. F2: geometry reconstructs but curvature does not. F3: curvature reconstructs but gravity does not. F4: distinct recoverability structures generate identical metrics. F5: identical recoverability structures generate inequivalent metrics. Implement benchmark diagnostics on toy-model spin networks and related test systems. The Single Most Important Research Question Claim boundary: uniqueness, minimality, losslessness, Lorentzian signature, curvature, and gravitational phenomenology are separate research claims. Success at an earlier level does not imply success at a later level. Earlier versions suggested: "Can Fisher duration and Lieb-Robinson bounds produce a metric?" I would now elevate a different question: Is Lorentzian geometry the unique minimal lossless representation of recoverability structure, and under what assumptions? [ETP_Local_...ry_v7.docx | Word] If the answer is no, ETP still gains a deep theory of recoverability. If the answer is yes, then geometry becomes something far stronger than an emergent bookkeeping device: it becomes the unavoidable compressed representation of recoverable structure itself. That is where I believe the Local Relational Geometry program should now focus. Publication Ladder The program is staged into a sequence of publishable papers, each corresponding to a defensible research milestone rather than to the full program at once. Paper 1: Recoverability Geometry Foundations. Paper 2: Representation Invariance. Paper 3: Lorentzian Reconstruction. Paper 4: Curvature and Geodesics. Paper 5: Einstein Limit. Claim Certification Matrix A meta-layer status ledger maintained for every major claim. For each claim the status field takes one of Proposed, Tested, Proven, or Refuted, and each claim is linked to its publication reference and benchmark package as they become available. This checksum-distinct successor records the executed restricted G1 branch through G1.5R-E without closing unrestricted G1, intrinsic S1, intrinsic S2, geometric equivalence, nonfinite extension, or laboratory validation. ETP remains the active research name; TRR remains a candidate only. G1 controlling status • Restricted finite G1R branch: ACTIVE WITH EXACT, CONDITIONAL, AND OPEN RESULTS. • Nontrivial exact intrinsic compression: NOT ESTABLISHED. • Intrinsic S1 and S2: OPEN. • Unrestricted G1 and downstream geometry: BLOCKED pending declared dependencies. • No result here derives topology, metric, connection, curvature, Lorentzian signature, causal order, physical instantiation, or laboratory ETP evidence. Executed G1R architecture • G1.0R: benchmark, carrier, equivalence, tester, witness, and entry contract. • G1.1R: exact third-axis counterexample and fixed-family package repair. See Figure G1.1R-1. • G1.2R: cross-family escape and ordered Pauli package for fixed-frame Pauli-diagonal channels. See Figure G1.2R-1. • G1.3R: operational-equivalence hierarchy and package-domain stratification. • G1.4R: compression metric, information-loss witnesses, and nontriviality audit. See Figure G1.4R-1. • G1.4R-R: independent-audit reconciliation and exact chart-regularity controls. See Figure G1.4R-R-1. • G1.5R: finite-precision D1 rate-distortion bounds. See Figure G1.5R-1. • G1.5R-E: nonunital epsilon perturbation, tangent-normal escape, and package stability. See Figure G1.5R-E-1. • G1.6R: next primary gate, validity-preserving Pauli quantization, projection bias, and minimax coding. • G1.5R-F: conditional four-qubit QD-circuit perturbation and record-access extension. Package-domain-equivalence rule Every sufficiency, minimality, reconstruction, compression, and stability claim must be indexed to (J, D, E): retained package, declared task/model domain, and declared operational or physical equivalence. A package symbol alone carries no domain-independent sufficiency claim. • J0[D0,Ediag]: protected diagonal task only. • J1[D1,E1]: fixed-axis one-parameter dephasing; exact 1-to-1 coordinatization. • J2P[D2F,E1]: fixed-frame Pauli-diagonal channels; exact ordered triple, 3-to-3. • J2Spec[D2Q,E3]: conjugacy quotient; conditional on transported references and testers. • J3Affine[D3,E1]: general fixed-frame qubit channel; complete affine 12-to-12 representation. • JProc2[D4,E5]: declared two-slot process subclass; adaptive-tester relative. • JImpl[D5,E6]: typed implementation/resource domain; finite minimality open. Compression and regularity firewall Intrinsic compression, prior domain restriction, gauge quotienting, and complete reparameterization are distinct. Present exact sufficient packages do not reduce the intrinsic continuous dimensions of D1, D2F, D3, or the declared D4 subclass. • D1: lambda = 1 - 2p; derivative -2; inverse p = (1 - lambda)/2. • D2F: Jacobian determinant -16; singular values (4, 2, 2); condition number 2. • A nonsingular Jacobian proves chart regularity, not model completeness, intrinsic origin, transverse robustness, or geometry. G1.5R finite-precision control For p in [0.05, 0.45], the fixed b-bit uniform midpoint code satisfies: • diamond-channel deficiency <= 0.4 x 2^(-b). • X-test total-variation deficiency <= 0.2 x 2^(-b). These are sufficient fixed-code bounds, not minimax lower bounds, universal source-coding limits, sample-complexity results, or physical resource savings. A compression claim requires a declared finite-precision baseline and overhead accounting. G1.5R-E transverse-perturbation control For amplitude damping of strength gamma after the p = 0.20 target dephasing baseline, ordered transfer coordinates drift tangentially while t_z = gamma escapes the unital Pauli package. After best-fit refitting: • normal escape = gamma; • diamond residual = gamma; • maximally mixed-state Z-test TV residual = gamma/2; • exact robustness radius = 0; • tolerance-relative radius r_epsilon = epsilon. Good conditioning inside a model manifold does not imply completeness or exact robustness against transverse perturbations. Future packages must separately report tangential drift, normal escape, best-fit residual, and tolerance-relative robustness. Four-qubit extension control The executed lift is only id_T tensor (AD_gamma composed with Phi_p0)_S tensor id_E1 tensor id_E2. Its normalized PTM is 256 by 256. Translation is replicated across 64 spectator Pauli labels, giving representation-dependent Frobenius norm 8 gamma while diamond residual remains gamma. This is not the authoritative QD coherent-order circuit, record model, physical damping environment, or laboratory execution. Required controls for subsequent phases • Continue one cumulative LRG master ledger and theorem ledger. • Separate analytic proof, numerical check, conditional model, surrogate lift, and experiment. • Require domain, equivalence, complete carrier, tester family, decoder, and falsifier for every package claim. • Do not call operational coordinates recovery geometry or emergent geometry absent a reconstruction theorem. • Do not authorize G2 closure from restricted G1R results. • Run G1.6R next; run G1.5R-F only from an authoritative executable circuit or complete circuit contract. G1.12R-SYNC Blueprint and Corpus Synchronization, Pre-G2 Bridge Contract, and Entry-Falsifier Installation Synchronization disposition: COMPLETE. Restricted G1R is conditionally closed as a finite operational characterization branch. G2 entry is not authorized. Authority and change control This checksum-distinct successor synchronizes the controlling blueprint beyond G1.5R-E through G1.12R. It preserves all prior Stage 9, T-LRG, non-circularity, carrier, equivalence, witness, falsifier, and claim-separation controls. ETP remains the active research name; TRR remains a candidate only. Transfer, coding, estimation, calibration, or finite-model reconstruction does not solve intrinsic S1 or S2 and does not derive geometry. Restricted G1R closure record • G1.6R proved a validity-preserving barycentric code for fixed-frame Pauli channels, with analytic distortion upper bound 2/m and a conservative N^(-1/3) minimax lower-rate exponent up to constants. • G1.7R established exact covering radii only on the declared denominator-8 grid, evaluated adaptive codebooks on a denominator-24 grid, and added conditional multinomial observation costs. • G1.8R realized the ideal Pauli-label observation law through a retained-reference Bell protocol and matched the epsilon^(-2) sample-rate exponent at fixed confidence, without SPAM robustness or laboratory realization. • G1.9R established calibrated tangent-space identifiability, unknown-calibration nonidentifiability, and the symmetric-confusion singular frontier r=3/4. • G1.10R derived a bounded calibration-transfer confidence radius and proved that Bell-only data cannot certify Pauli-family membership. • G1.11R established model-relative affine single-qubit witness completeness and quantified regularization bias versus gain. • G1.12R conditionally closed restricted G1R as a finite operational branch, left unrestricted G1 blocked, and denied both restricted and unrestricted G2 entry. Controlling nontriviality verdict The exact sufficient packages in D1, D2F, D3, and the declared D4 subclass either match the admitted intrinsic parameter dimension or arise from domain restriction, gauge quotienting under a declared equivalence, or complete reparameterization. Later finite-precision coding, estimation, calibration, drift, and model-selection results do not change this verdict. Nontrivial intrinsic compression is not established. Pre-G2 operational-to-geometric bridge contract Any future request to reopen G2 must provide a bridge object B with all of the following declared before metric, topology, connection, curvature, or signature language is admitted: • Input domain: a complete typed recoverability datum, not a selected coordinate chart or incomplete witness family. • Operational equivalence: the exact tester-relative relation under which inputs are identified. • Geometric output type: the specific candidate object, including its carrier, regularity, gauge, and observable semantics. • Descent proof: equivalent operational inputs map to the same geometric equivalence class. • Separation or classified loss: inequivalent admitted inputs are separated, or every many-to-one collapse is explicitly classified and bounded. • Nontriviality: the output is not merely the original parameter vector with geometric labels, an arbitrary pullback metric, or a dimension-preserving reparameterization. • Composition stability: the bridge respects admitted sequential composition, memory, references, environments, and future influence. • Representation independence: changes declared as gauge do not change physical geometric observables. • Continuum control: any nonfinite promotion supplies domain, topology, convergence, normality, completeness, and stability theorems. • Physical interpretation: every geometry claim names an operational observable, calibration contract, and falsifier. • Upstream status: intrinsic S1 and S2 are either closed or the geometric result is explicitly conditional on supplied records, observers, boundaries, and access structures. G2 entry decision rule G2 remains blocked unless every mandatory bridge item above passes a decidable audit. Passing finite D1, D2F, affine-channel, coding, estimation, or calibration tests is insufficient by itself. A restricted G2 proposal may be reconsidered only after a complete bridge contract survives the entry falsifiers below. Unrestricted G2 additionally requires universal or explicitly qualified domain coverage, intrinsic S1/S2 resolution, and nonfinite stability where claimed. Installed entry falsifiers Corpus synchronization impact This blueprint is the primary binary updated at this gate. The cumulative LRG master ledger remains the authoritative stage-by-stage record. Companion manuscripts should be revised only where they currently imply that finite operational coordinates establish intrinsic compression or authorize geometry. No companion manuscript is promoted to a geometry result by this synchronization. Theorem and decision synchronization • LRG-T1R-43: restricted-G1 closure theorem, conditional program closure. • LRG-T1R-44: G2 non-entry proposition, logical dependency result. • LRG-T1R-45: finite-success non-promotion proposition, claim-separation result. • Restricted G1R: CONDITIONALLY CLOSED. • Unrestricted G1: BLOCKED. • Restricted G2: NOT AUTHORIZED. • Unrestricted G2: BLOCKED. Active next gate Pre-G2.1 Operational-to-Geometric Bridge Candidate Inventory and Non-Circularity Audit This gate may inventory and test candidate bridge constructions, including negative and underdetermined outcomes. It may not begin metric reconstruction. Its deliverable is a typed bridge-candidate register with inputs, equivalences, outputs, descent conditions, nontriviality tests, composition requirements, physical interpretations, and PG2-F1 through PG2-F10 results. G1 and Pre-G2 Consolidated Research Record Synchronization authority. This successor preserves the restricted G1R operational characterization results and consolidates the completed Pre-G2.1P through Pre-G2.1V audits. The work is retained as a conditional reconstruction and obstruction program. It begins only after a non-null, physically admitted distinction-bearing carrier, event structure, records, testers, references, calibrations, and equivalence relations have been supplied or independently justified. It does not derive physical instantiation from relational potentiality. Methodological boundary and truth-first disposition • The governing objective is to determine what is true, not to validate ETP, relational potentiality, Lorentzian geometry, or any preferred ontology. • All positive results remain indexed to their declared domain, carrier, witness family, equivalence relation, perturbation model, calibration contract, and numerical or analytic scope. • All negative results, collisions, nonidentifiability results, and failed promotions are preserved as substantive findings. • Basement necessity and physical instantiation are logically prior to this manuscript. Until those questions are resolved or explicitly postulated, LRG results describe what follows from admitted instantiated structure, not how physical actuality begins. • G2 remains blocked. No finite coding, calibration, route, metric, convergence, topology, or persistence result authorizes intrinsic geometry. Restricted G1R result preservation Restricted G1R is conditionally closed as a finite operational characterization branch. Its durable result is a rigorous map of package sufficiency, dimensional noncompression, model-boundary escape, finite-precision coding, observation cost, calibration dependence, model-relative witness completeness, and nonpromotion constraints. Pre-G2 bridge audit: consolidated outcomes Unified obstruction theorems and countermodel lessons • Operational equivalence is tester and domain relative. Failure of an incomplete witness family to distinguish two inputs is not physical identity. • Endpoint payloads, timestamps, and all-pairs routed access do not identify direct physical support or hidden relays. • Route minimization cannot select a route family that was never physically identified. • A supplied positive-definite form, path metric, adjacency, or filtration cannot be relabeled as intrinsically emergent geometry. • Finite metric data can admit inequivalent ambient graph realizations, and undersampling can hide short branches or cycles. • Equal or nearby persistence summaries do not imply graph isomorphism, event equivalence, or physical identity. • Reversible serialization reduces containers but not semantic information. Strict compression requires proof that every omitted distinction is reconstructible or task-irrelevant under a declared equivalence. • Robust aggregation controls independent heavy-tailed variation under stated moments, but a shared unmodeled drift changes the common target and survives block aggregation. • Convergence of a supplied refinement sequence proves a metric-limit theorem for that construction, not intrinsic spatial reconstruction or physical instantiation. Six-part finite event-signature boundary The strongest current finite-class candidate remains the typed event signature I_evt^(6) = (I_support, I_action, I_record, I_exchange, I_resource, I_composition) • Conditional sufficiency requires a fixed bounded candidate class, fixed carriers and interfaces, complete preparations and effects, complete testers for every admitted context and ordered composition, required adaptive strategies, and a fixed equivalence relation. • Deletion audits provide finite collision patterns for each component, establishing component necessity in the audited schema. • This does not prove a unique ontology, minimum description length, universal generator basis, or unrestricted physical completeness. • Quotient compression is sufficient only for tasks explicitly defined on the declared equivalence classes. Publication claim ceiling after synchronization • Preserved: exact finite and conditional operational theorems, explicit countermodels, finite coding and estimation bounds, model-relative identifiability, supplied-metric convergence examples, and conditional topology/persistence stability. • Open: unrestricted G1 completeness, nontrivial intrinsic compression, strict semantic generator minimality, direct physical route selection, intrinsic metric and topology, nonfinite physical reconstruction, and laboratory validation. • Prohibited: any statement that G1 or Pre-G2 derives physical actuality, instantiates relational potentiality, establishes spacetime, selects Lorentzian signature, derives gravity, or empirically confirms ETP. • Program status: the LRG line is preserved as a conditional reconstruction program under the admitted-actuality constitution; ultimate provenance remains unresolved and receives no retroactive justification from geometry. Controlling next research action Primary program pivot: formalize a truth-first Basement Necessity and Instantiation program before reopening the operational-to-geometric bridge. Pre-G2.1W remains a queued downstream technical gate, not the controlling route to physical instantiation. Synchronization note This manuscript is a binary successor of the supplied v5 source. The source binary is preserved separately. Detailed stage proofs, scripts, data tables, manifests, graphics, checksums, and complete backups remain governed by the cumulative LRG program ledger and stage packages. This synthesis does not replace those proof objects or raise their claim ceilings. ETP-CPR Batch 1 Release Control Successor role Controlling LRG blueprint under the admitted-actuality conditional reconstruction constitution. Scientific preservation All preexisting theorems, proofs, countermodels, calculations, figures, tables, citations, appendices, and historical stage records retain their prior scope unless this successor explicitly narrows a statement. The constitutional synchronization changes the governing starting point and claim architecture. It does not silently enlarge any theorem, erase any negative result, or convert a supplied physical input into a derived output. Authority and historical integrity This checksum-distinct successor is derived from the named SYNTH1 predecessor. The predecessor remains immutable historical evidence. Duplicate copies do not create additional authorities. Promotion is effective only through the checksum-controlled Batch 1 authority register and release manifest. BNP-TIII15R Geometry-Layer Provisional Disposition and Higher-Geometry Handoff Release disposition The BNP-TIII13 through BNP-TIII15 block is provisionally closed as a candidate-constitution, metric-axiom, quotient-descent, operational-selection, and multiscale-stability program. Intrinsic geometry remains unresolved and reopenable. The result is continuation under narrowed higher-geometry entry conditions, not proof of a unique geometry and not proof that no intrinsic geometry exists. Candidate classification Operationally constituted structures may include task-relative metrics, pseudometrics before quotient, metrics on certified task quotients, extended or directed metrics, state-space and statistical geometries, network geometries, similarity or bi-Lipschitz classes, topology-only outcomes, and plural atlas-relative geometries. Each result inherits its graph, kernel, measure, operator, state family, ground cost, clock, calibration, access class, witness family, and physical-equivalence relation. Quotient and calibration theorem controls For a pseudometric d, the relation x equivalent to y exactly when d(x,y)=0 yields a formal metric quotient. Arbitrary declared equivalence requires a separate representative-invariance proof or separately constructed quotient metric. A topology, pair ranking, unweighted graph, dimensionless information distance, or metric known only up to positive scaling does not determine an absolute physical length scale. Multiscale and representation result Exact geometry is not generically stable under threshold crossing, edge addition or deletion, coarse-graining, carrier refactorization, kernel normalization, hidden-relay refinement, diffusion-scale variation, or continuum completion. Weaker classes may remain stable under explicitly bounded transformations. Stability claims must state the retained equivalence class and margin, scale, and perturbation conditions. Higher-geometry entry certificate Entry to dimension, signature, connection, curvature, geodesic, continuum, spacetime, and gravity research is conditional. Each candidate must identify an independently supported empirical discriminator against serious rivals, prove descent through physical equivalence, preserve complete-carrier distinctions, control scale and representation dependence, and register falsifiers. Propagation envelopes do not by themselves establish Lorentzian light cones, and calibration holonomy does not by itself establish spacetime curvature. Controlling next gate BNP-TIII16: Dimension-and-Signature Candidate Constitution, Causal-Order-to-Lorentzian Bridge Audit, and Continuum-Smuggling Falsification. BNP-TIII18R Higher-Geometry Provisional Closure and Spacetime-Dynamics Handoff Release disposition BNP-TIII16 through BNP-TIII18 are provisionally closed as a dimension, signature, order-measure, null-structure, and continuum-identifiability audit sequence. Higher geometry remains unresolved and reopenable. The result is neither a unique spacetime reconstruction nor a universal impossibility theorem. Dimension-estimator and consensus result Topological, Hausdorff, Minkowski, spectral, information, graph-growth, manifold, causal-set, and local embedding dimensions inherit different structures and scopes. Consensus supports intrinsic promotion only when estimators are assumption-diverse, calibrations are locked, carrier and boundary controls pass, scale behavior is stable, and held-out observations discriminate serious rivals. Those conditions are not satisfied by the current ETP corpus. Order-and-measure result Order-and-number or order-and-measure reconstruction theorems are conditional imports within declared smooth probabilistic classes. Finite operational influence and raw event count do not identify chronology, volume, density, sampling law, normalization, smoothness, compactness, or a unique continuum. Count-to-volume conversion requires independently justified measure provenance and calibration. Signature and null-structure result A cone-compatible order, indefinite algebraic form, principal symbol, propagation envelope, zero clock interval, or zero information distance does not by itself establish physical Lorentzian signature or null separation. A successful bridge must certify chronology, dimension, scale, nondegeneracy, index, time orientation, sharp front equality, local transformation behavior, complete carriers, representation descent, and rival-complete falsifiers. Continuum-identifiability result Finite order data, exact counts, estimator convergence, subsequential convergence, Poisson-like fits, operator recovery, and finite scaling plateaus leave rival continuum and noncontinuum models open unless additional uniqueness, tightness, model-class, sampling, and empirical discrimination conditions are satisfied. Empirical adequacy is not ontology selection. Higher-geometry provisional closure Unrestricted repeated bridge searching is paused. Reopening is mandatory upon new measured order-measure data, calibrated volume, an operational-order-to-chronology theorem, assumption-diverse dimension consensus with held-out discrimination, complete null or signature witnesses, complete physical-equivalence descent, a unique continuum discriminator, or another nonbootstrapping bridge. Spacetime-dynamics entry certificate A later program may test connection, curvature, transport, geodesics, tidal response, field equations, matter coupling, and gravitational limits only after declaring the inherited geometry class, base carrier, physical equivalence, scale, regularity, connection candidate, observable witnesses, serious rivals, complete resources, falsifiers, and empirical interface. Optimal path is not geodesic by definition; comparison holonomy is not curvature by identity; curvature is not gravity; and an Einstein-like equation is not established by writing its tensor form. Controlling next gate BNP-TIII19: Connection-and-Curvature Candidate Constitution, Geodesic-versus-Optimal-Path Separation, Observable-Tidal Witness Audit, and Gravity-Smuggling Falsification. BNP-TIII22R Spacetime-Dynamics Provisional Closure Release Constitutional status Physical actuality remains admitted, not derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. BNP-TIII19 through BNP-TIII22 are conditional Target III audits. No result in connection, curvature, geodesics, tidal response, equivalence principles, matter coupling, field equations, weak-field behavior, radiation, or stress-energy provenance may retroactively establish the actuality, ontology, or provenance of admitted inputs. No Target I or Target II reopening trigger is satisfied. Spacetime-dynamics disposition The spacetime-dynamics sequence is provisionally closed as unresolved and reopenable. No unique physical connection, physical curvature tensor, certified equivalence principle, intervention-established matter-geometry coupling, preferred field equation, executable ETP weak-field limit, executable ETP radiative sector, physically closed stress-energy source, Einstein dynamics, or gravity has been established. This is a scoped negative and underdetermination result, not a universal impossibility theorem. Connection, curvature, and trajectory result Levi-Civita uniqueness remains conditional on a supplied smooth nondegenerate metric geometry, metric compatibility, and zero torsion. Metric-affine, teleparallel, symmetric-teleparallel, gauge, discrete, statistical, and comparison transports remain distinct candidates or task structures. Metric geodesics, affine autoparallels, shortest paths, least-cost paths, least-action trajectories, fastest routes, and physically prepared free fall are not interchangeable without additional theorems. Tidal, equivalence-principle, and coupling result No complete observable tidal witness has closed force, medium, gauge, control, calibration, carrier, and rival-model loopholes. Weak, Einstein, strong, effective, metric-affine, and emergent equivalence-principle claims remain distinct. Correlation, state-dependent definition, or shared response does not establish matter-to-geometry sourcing. Intervention certification, negative controls, complete carriers, directional timing, conservation, mechanism-specific rivals, and held-out predictions remain absent. Field-equation and source result Bianchi identities and conservation relations are conditional compatibility structures after geometry, connection, action, matter fields, source semantics, and equations are supplied. They do not uniquely select Einstein dynamics. Einstein, higher-curvature, scalar-tensor, teleparallel, symmetric-teleparallel, metric-affine, semiclassical, information-response, discrete-update, and phenomenological equations remain unselected. Writing a stress-energy tensor does not close the provenance of matter carriers, action or dynamics, operational energy, momentum, stress, quantum renormalization, vacuum terms, boundary flux, or source uniqueness. Empirical discriminator and reopening constitution Reopening is mandatory upon an executable ETP gravity model; independently defined matter and geometry observables; intervention-certified coupling; closed stress-energy provenance; quantitative weak-field, radiative, polarization, speed, dispersion, damping, flux, or strong-field predictions; cross-regime held-out discrimination against serious rivals; an ETP-specific measured dataset; complete conservation and boundary accounting; or another registered nonbootstrapping empirical bridge. Target III disposition handoff The completed Target III program is preserved as a layered conditional-reconstruction record with provisional closures, scoped exact and conditional results, countermodels, restricted-null findings, and mandatory reopening triggers. No completed downstream audit converts Target III into a derivation of first physical instantiation or universal definite-event generation. The next program action must be selected from unresolved obligations and evidentiary triggers rather than from a presumption that spacetime or gravity has emerged. Release-control rule Any later authority change requires an exact predecessor, checksum-distinct successor, revision manifest, claim and dependency regression, complete render review, structural and accessibility audit, predecessor preservation, and an updated authority register. Recency, renaming, duplication, or storage location does not create authority. POST-BNP1 Corpus-Wide Bounded-Claim Synchronization and Publication Freeze Release authority. This checksum-distinct successor synchronizes the corpus after BNP-TIII23 and POST-BNP0. It preserves predecessor binaries as immutable evidence and installs only bounded claims supported by the controlling research record. Physical actuality remains admitted rather than derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. Nature, not preservation of ETP, remains the authority. Publication-boundary disposition Cross-layer nonretroactivity No downstream result concerning events, records, observers, recoverability, order, clocks, duration, locality, topology, geometry, objectivity, thermodynamic direction, spacetime, gravity, or empirical adequacy may be used retroactively to derive, justify, or uniquely select the actuality, ontology, or ultimate provenance of admitted inputs. Publication freeze controls • All predecessor binaries, ledgers, stage packages, scripts, data, figures, tables, manifests, checksums, corrections, negative controls, and backups remain preserved. • No positive empirical ETP claim is authorized. Simulation, analytic calculation, model execution, and experiment remain distinct evidence classes. • No Target I, Target II, geometry, gravity, EOB, or hardware reopening occurs without a registered evidentiary trigger and a complete carrier, equivalence, witness, rival, falsifier, provenance, and claim-ceiling package. • The post-freeze constructive research route is nonfinite and device-independent record/recovery completeness, subject to a separate preregistration gate. Authority decision This Blueprint Version 11 successor is the controlling LRG, higher-geometry, and spacetime-dynamics blueprint at the POST-BNP1 publication boundary. Version 10 is superseded only within the blueprint family and remains immutable historical evidence. The blueprint is frozen as a bounded conditional-reconstruction record, not promoted to completed geometry or gravity. The process-sensitive pair I_rec^proc = (I_content, G_rec^proc) remains the strongest current recovery architecture. Universal recovery completeness, device-independent nonfinite completeness, and complete physical-equivalence descent are not established. Operational-boundary program entry constitution The next constructive program asks whether any operational boundary can be derived from the complete admitted carrier and its intervention, record, recovery, control, resource, environment, and future-influence structure. A boundary may be intrinsic only within a declared model class and physical equivalence. Valid outputs include unique, equivalence-class valued, task relative, intervention relative, nonunique, null, underdetermined, or impossible-without-enrichment results. Mandatory candidate inventory • Carrier-factor candidates, with factorization provenance and refactorization adversaries. • Intervention-access candidates, with controller, instrument, reference, and tester provenance. • Recovery-domain candidates, including overlap, task dependence, composition, and memory. • Influence candidates, without identifying mediated response with adjacency. • Resource and control candidates, without treating laboratory organization as intrinsic physics. • System-environment candidates, with dilation and factorization nonuniqueness. • Record-support candidates, with selected-output and substitutability controls. Boundary-smuggling falsifiers Entry and stop rules • No boundary candidate enters locality reconstruction until operational completeness and physical-equivalence descent are certified in its declared scope. • A conditional boundary may be used only with its full carrier, instrument, tester, task, resource, and representation index. • Nonunique or orbit-valued boundaries are legitimate outputs and may not be collapsed by an undeclared selector. • Failure of one candidate does not establish universal nonexistence. • No boundary result reopens metric, Lorentzian, curvature, gravity, Target I, Target II, EOB, or hardware by implication. Authority decision and active gate This Blueprint Version 12 successor is the controlling LRG and operational-boundary research blueprint at the POST-BNP2R publication-release boundary. OIRP Conditional-Closure Synchronization and Restricted Boundary Successor Program Program disposition. The core Observer-Invariant Reconstruction Program (OIRP) is conditionally closed as a restricted truth-first constitution for conditional reconstruction, not as a substrate theory. OIRP-S2.MS1 Corpus Synchronization Addendum Status: SUCCESSOR CANDIDATE. Scientific cutoff: verified record through HHLWBUILD2F Level 5. HHLW Level 6 excluded because no completed raw result was available. Authority and scope This checksum-distinct manuscript successor is synchronized through OIRP-S2.MS1 using the verified OIRP-S2 record available on September 18, 2026. The core OIRP program remains conditionally closed only as a truth-first constitution for conditional reconstruction. OIRP-S2 remains open. Physical actuality is admitted rather than derived, ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable, and no downstream reconstruction may retroactively justify its admitted physical inputs. OIRP-S2 composition update The current successor program separates constituent certification from composite certification. Channel, instrument, process, comb, superchannel, adaptive-network, controller-inclusive, and memory-bearing claims require their own complete carriers, interfaces, histories, witnesses, equivalence relations, metrics, tolerances, and composition laws. Equality or recoverability under restricted access does not establish complete physical equivalence, and a finite-dimensional computation does not establish physical realization or a nonfinite theorem. Current CP4.1 numerical and theorem status CP4.1 has established a restricted finite-dimensional CPTP telescoping theorem for compatible channel sequences, genuine diamond-norm semidefinite-program executions on declared finite-dimensional cases, noncommuting-channel tests, dimension-changing examples, and an ancilla-advantage benchmark. These results do not establish a universal physical composition law, arbitrary process composition, unrestricted adaptive equivalence, nonfinite closure, or OIRP-S2 closure. HHLWBUILD2F status firewall The patched repository hierarchy record is L1 = 0.9268200938227155, L2 = 0.9998804689772093, L3 = 1.0000370777829688, L4 = 1.00015286168964, and L5 = 1.0000000197695689. Values slightly above one are treated only as solver-tolerance-compatible with probability one, not as literal probabilities. Level 6 was not available for this synchronization. Formal patch correctness, formal convergence, exact probability one, equality with the strict-classical optimum, equality with the Definition-23 factor-affine hierarchy, CP4.1 closure, and CP4.2 entry are not established. External relationship and prohibited inference The external constrained-separability literature formulates limited-memory and classically adaptive channel discrimination using separable variables with additional affine constraints and discusses PPT and constrained symmetric-extension outer approximations. That framework supports keeping the repository patched hierarchy distinct from the full factor-affine constrained hierarchy unless an explicit equivalence and implementation audit is completed. No external source is used here to replace proof, raw execution, or authority-grade numerical certification. Evidence and release classification This addendum is a manuscript-synchronization action. It changes cross-program status language and interfaces but does not alter previously proved theorem statements, raw calculations, figures, datasets, or experimental status except where this addendum explicitly narrows a claim. No physical-device experiment, definite-event selector, substrate ontology, universal witness completeness, or ultimate-provenance result is claimed. Layer-3 import boundary Finite-dimensional channel distinguishability and hierarchy values may constrain operational input audits but do not derive topology, metric, scale, dimension, signature, connection, curvature, causal geometry, spacetime, or gravity. Geometry entry requires independently justified quotient descent, refinement stability, boundary legitimacy, and a physical bridge. OIRP-S2 Restricted Closures and the Local Relational Geometry Interface The CP4.1-CP4.3 results supply typed constituent and composite-certification controls for candidate geometric reconstruction. They do not identify topology, metric, scale, dimension, signature, connection, curvature, spacetime, or gravity, and they do not establish complete physical-equivalence descent. OIRP-S2 remains open. These closures do not establish physical realization, laboratory confirmation, empirical confirmation, indefinite-causal-order closure, a universal process-matrix composition law, a universal operational-memory formula, definite-event generation, substrate ontology, or ultimate physical provenance. Physical actuality, events, carriers, interactions, records, instruments, calibrations, and empirical inputs remain admitted rather than derived. Ultimate provenance remains unresolved and reopenable. No downstream result may retroactively justify an admitted input. Restricted closure status • CP4.1 is closed at a restricted channel-level and HHLW claim ceiling. The exact strict-classical optimum, complete arbitrary-history factor-affine hierarchy, physical realization, and empirical confirmation remain excluded. • CP4.2 is closed at a restricted instrument, comb, superchannel, adaptive-memory, postselection, tomography, identifiability, implementation, and empirical-preregistration ceiling. • CP4.3 is closed at a restricted operational-quotient, extension, tensor-descent, operational-memory, fixed-context composite-certification, and general-process no-go ceiling. Composite-certification firewall Certified constituents do not automatically certify a composite. Composite use requires matching typed interfaces, complete carriers, causal order, controllers, interleavings, memory and environment access, branch and history treatment, tester class, normalization, success floors, equivalence or gauge, uncertainty model, and implementation class. The restricted fixed-context hybrid theorem does not imply a universal composition rule for arbitrary process matrices or indefinite causal order. Direct operational tensors must be defined on declared operator-system domains or proved extension independent. Operational-memory firewall Operational memory is defined only relative to a fixed realization class by minimizing over all admitted realizations of one operational quotient. Selected ambient-extension Choi rank, selected Stinespring multiplicity, and nonminimal dilation size are not automatically operational-memory invariants. Authority and reopening Detailed theorem, numerical, execution, dataset, figure, and empirical authority remains package specific. This manuscript successor does not replace the certified research packages or the canonical OIRP program ledger. The affected branch reopens if a new carrier, environment, branch, controller, tester, causal architecture, tensor structure, gauge, identifiability result, correction, retraction, counterexample, hardware result, or empirical dataset changes the restricted claim ceiling.
